Cleaning of septic tank, man holes and inspection chamber etc. by means of removing the silt, sludge, excreta etc. or other materials, manually or mechanically and depositing the same, where directed at a distance not exceeding 150m including excavation of pits of required size to accommodate the foul materials taken out from septic tank, manholes, soakage pits and covering of the same with soil, not less than 30cm thick layer and making good all excavated site as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note for item No. 1.00 :- (i) Depth of silt, sludge, excreta, etc shall only be measured and paid. (ii) Dewatering/pumping out of foul water shall be measured and paid separately.

Blockage of WC, EWC in any type floor means of removing the silt, sludge, & cleaning of gully trap if required etc & bailing out water upto 1st manhole chamber complete manually or mechanically and removing the same out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Blockage of urinal in any type floor means of removing the silt, sludge, etc & bailing out water up to 1st manhole chamber complete manually or mechanically and removing the same out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Surface dressing around septic tank/filter bed, soak well within fencing n.exc 15 cm deep in hard/ dense soil including cleaning away all grass, vegitations, saplings, shrubs, bushes, weed under growth, roots, trees n.exc 30cm girth etc and removing rubbish to a distance 50m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, (For Man holes, septic tank etc) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M & L Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching and forming channel inside manholes for section of pipe 100mm, 150mm or 200mm including finished smooth and even using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M & L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Extra for forming fair finished channel or drain 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including mitred/stopped ends, forms mould etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for 75 mm thick sand stone slabs as in drain covers,cover stone templates, etc. n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in lime mortar 1:2 or cement mortar 1:4 i ncluding Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
S&F in repair 1000 x 1000 mm rectangular Heavy Duty Composite FRP (Fibre reinforced polymer) manhole covers with frame for inspection chamber / manhole and other required places including fix to floor with cement concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L for Jodhpur stone roof slabs, self faced 7.5cm to 10cm thick, 25cm to 35cm wide, hoisted and set, jointed and grouted in cement mortar 1:3 includingDemolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in deep for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F Chequered cement concrete tiles 300mmX300mm X25mm thk with grey cement and pigments,set jointed in neat cement slurry as in floors/path etc over and including 15mm thk screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M& L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 1 using 20mm graded stone agregate cast in situ kerb stone ,copings, bed plates ,water through and the like including wethering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straight or curved ) set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L for 25mm thk PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of floors & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles colour tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Work will be in patches or in bulk.
M&L for Glazed ceramic glossy finish tiles coloured in vertical surface 450X300X7mm in any pattern of light & dark/ highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry laid over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles including Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM (bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.
