(c) 15 mm thick (average thickness) plastering in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC in sunken surface ,including wall . the corner of sunken portion shall be roounded in concave shape and adequate slope shall be maintain during plastering to accomodated sump pipe and ponding the sunken portion with water minimum 48 Hrs .(d) Applying self adhesive type APP base polymeric membrane minimum weight not less than 3.00 Kg /Sqm and mimimum 3mm thick laide over sunken floor and sides fixed with sealing compound at all joint to entire satisfaction of Engineer -in Charge .(MAKE-IWP, STP) (e) Filling the sunken area with Brick bats or PCC 1 :7:12 as in lean concrete under floor

Demolition of mud phuska treatment any thickness incl plastering and leaping plaster any thickness incl old brick tile/APP and removing rubbish from site and dumpling as area specified by delhi munciple corporation complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Applying a tack coat of hot bitumen VG-10 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm for water proofing membrane (iii) Applying of Polymeric water proofing membrane wt not less than 3 Kg per Sqm over entitre area with overlapping and sealed all as specified and directed (iv) Again applying hot bitumen VG-10 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm over water proofing membrane (v) Dusting dry sand @ 0.75 Kg per Sqm over the membrane indicated above

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed on surfaces of concrete in CM 1:4 on roof surfaces (Over PCC Padding) with WPC (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick machine pressed laid on water proofing membranes and jointed flush pointed in CM 1:3 with 5% of crude oil complete all as specified and directed

M&L washed stone grit plaster on exterior wall in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) throwing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @3Kg of cement per square meter, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 Cement : 1/2 coarse sand : 2 Stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified.

M&L for Chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforcement by sand blasting scrubbing down concrete surface with wire brushes, cleaning with water, allowed to dry and applying a layer of antirust and then Zinc rich epoxy primer all as specified followed by a layer of bonding coat & then guniting over steel welded mesh 2mm dia of wire and aperture 75mm total thickness of guniting upto 50mm thick with cement mortar 1:2 using OPC 43 grade cement and finally applying cement plaster over guniting surface of required thickness to give even, uniform, and smooth finish conforming to proper geometrics in cement mortar 1:3 to match with the existing surface as in sides and soffits etc. slabs, Chajjas, fins, facias, parapets, beams and columns etc complete including necessary scaffolding, shuttering, necessary chases to brickwork or RCC members at any height up to 2 storey building complete all as directed. Note: Steel Welded mesh is to be welded with existing reinforcement. The Cost of welded mesh is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted and the work to be carried out up to 2 storey bldgs/in floor roofs.
