Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for paver block and road surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 using with grey cement and pigment a complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for shaft wells, cesspits, manhole, pier, pipe line, cable etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm as in soft soil/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & fixing in replacement of Gun metal Gate valve ISI marked with Iron wheel, head screwed both ends for Galvanised Iron pipe for sizes 20mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam ("Grade II" as specified in MORTH specification Para 504), laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50-75mm) using paving bitumen VG-30 grade as binder content minimum 4% by weight to total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8-10 tonnes power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced WBM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces by air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming coat with paving bitumen grade Vg-10 @10 Kg per 10 Sqm and laying bituminous premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (Gde-II), 30 mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5% binder content (bitumen grade VG-30) by weight of total mix in hot mix plant, laid with mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface with 8-10 tonnes power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The mix shall be mixed in hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver only. (ii) The mix shall be prepared by designing through job mix formula all as specified from Govt. engg college / Govt approved lab/HBTI. (iii) No price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side. (iv) Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete will be comprising of 2% filler material (OPC 43 grade cement). (v) Cost of testing chrages, material & transportation for job mix formula shall be deemed included in the rate quoted.

S & F mild steel angles, flats as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts 5 to 10 mm dia of neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 5 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 10 mm dia mild steel round bar as in line wire for chain link fencing fixed with GI wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing M S galvanised (4 mm thick) fencing of square shape mash of size 50 mmx 50mm complete all as specified and directed.
