M&L in repair for Filtration and dehydration of transformer oil of distribution transformers indoor/outdoor type of 11/0.433 KV, 63 KVA to 500 KVA and Power transformer of 33/11 KV, 2.5 MVA minimum three cycle to achieve di electric strength of 40 KV for 1 minute at 2.5 mm gap as per relevant IS with portable filtration plant, testing of the oil break down voltage before filtration and after filtration complete all as specified an directed by Engr in charge. Note : (i) Centrifuging Machine with all T&P & testing machine of oil required for dehydration shall be arrange by contractor & will be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Oil required for topping up the transformer will be measured & paid seperately.

Supply , replacement and topping up transformer oil HV grade as per IS 335 of 1993 Part II having dielectric strength of not less than 40 KV in the transformer at various locations complete all as specified an directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for taking shut down, disconnecting incoming, outgoing cables, control cables from 36 KV PC VCB of capacity 250A outdoor type, servicing/overhauling, replacement of unserviceable parts, greasing of revolving assembly in chamber, caliberation of relays including decorbonising the VCB panel and serviceability check from remote operation complete all as directed by engineer in charge. Note:- (i) Spare parts/components required for replacement of above shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Unite rate quoted against this item shall also include labour required for fixing of replaced items. (iii) For item No. 4 to 7 fixing charge of items are considered in item No. 3.

Supply and fix in repair silica gel breather 250gm capacity made up of aluminium top, transparent centre portion made of polycarbonate, filled with silica gel suitable for transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type-1 of flat size 300mm X 180mm x 40mm in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for air break isolating switch 3 insulator (isolator for 33KV) vertical double stack central rotating type with earth blade hot dip galvanised with complete operating rod and handle complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable defective HV bushings on site from outdoor/indoor type distribution transformers of 11/0.433 kV and 63 KVA to 500 kVA and Supply and fix porcelain bushing with heat resistant gasket complete all as specified an directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable defective LV bushings on site from outdoor/indoor type distribution transformers of 11/0.433 kV and 63 KVA to 160 kVA and Supply and fix porcelain bushing with heat resistant gasket complete all as specified an directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable defective LV bushings on site from outdoor/indoor type distribution transformers of 11/0.433 kV and 200 KVA to 500 kVA and Supply and fix porcelain bushing with heat resistant gasket complete all as specified an directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix in repairs brass terminal stud both end threaded complete with double nuts & washers including distance piece both sides and heat resistance gasket suitable for LV side 415 volts grade for 63 KVA to 160 KVA capacity of outdoor/indoor type transformer complete all as specified an directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix in repairs brass terminal stud both end threaded complete with double nuts & washers including distance piece both sides and heat resistance gasket suitable for LV side 415 volts grade for 200 KVA to 500 KVA capacity of outdoor/indoor type transformer.

M & L Painting of transformer on site after preparation of old painted surfaces of capacity 50 KVA to 160 KVA including removing oily and greasy spots and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19 here in before but transformer of capacity 200kVA to 500 kVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing/overhauling , Calibration and decarbonising of 11 kV (panel with breaker + Relay ) and setting of Relay parameters VCB of capacity 630 Amps, indoor type , taking shut down from MRS and disconnecting incoming & out going cables , control cables from VCB and replacement of un-serviceable spares, greasing of revolving assembly in VCB chamber, spring charging mechanism including decarbonising the VCB panel and check serviceability all as specified and directed by Engr -in - charge. Note: - (i) : Spare parts/components required for replacement of above shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include labour required for fixing of replaced items. (iii) For item No. 22 to 42 fixing charge of items are considered in item No. 21.

Supply and fix lightning arrester, expulsion type complete with all fitting distribution class ,discharge capacity 30 Kilo Amp 11000 Volts rating including dismantling old unserviceable lightning arrester complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair single phase indoor type current transformer suitable for 11 KV, 50Hz, having effectively earthed neutral system, single core single ratio dry type epoxy resin cast, copper wound primary type, of CT Ratio 100-50/5-5A with rated burden 10VA and accuracy class 0.5 or better and conforming to IS 2705 (part-I & II) amended upto date with Short Circuit Rating 13.1 kA for 1.0 seconds all as specified and directed Engr-in- charge.

Supply and fix in repair draw out type three phase indoor type potential transformer with sheet enclosure suitable for 11 KV/110 V , 50Hz, dry type epoxy resin cast type, with rated burden 200VA/Phase and accuracy class 0.5 or better and conforming to IS 2705 (part-I & II) amended upto date all as specified and directed Engr-in- charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of HSV 36 KV single phase outdoor type oil cooled, dead tank type CT ration 100-50/5-5 Amp accuracy class 0.5-1 for metering equipment of burden 15 VA as per IS:2705 including coonection CT terminal to control panel through control cable and taking down unserceable one complete all as specified nd directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of HSV 36 KV single phase outdoor type oil cooled, dead tank type PT ration 33 KV/√3:/110/√3, accuracy class 0.5-1, burden 15 VA as per IS:3156 including coonection PT terminal to control panel through control cable and taking down unserceable one complete all as specified nd directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable , etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as directed. Note: All excavation in trenches to be done by contractor manually.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick for any type of soil all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing at level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as directed.

Supply and spread clean dry river sand in cable trenches as in cable cushioning all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE HT UG insulated (Earthed) cable laid in trenches/or fixed on pole etc. with screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 Volt grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 Core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II)-1985 laid in trenches/wall/ducts/poles complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Excavation & earth work will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore dia with all fittings to be laid in trenches or in floors, complete including taking down rusted one all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Isolating 11KV HT overhead supply from the substation and earth complete system properly, disconnecting complete electric system of the transformer from HT and LT side including earthing strips, removing transformer and taking out from substation or taking down from 2/4 pole structure ,lifting arrangements, transporting to authorized service centre/work shop for repair and back to the installation after repair including installing, commissioning and testing of the capacity upto 63 KVA

All as per Serial item No 60.00 above but of 100KVA to 200KVA

All as per Serial item No 60.00 above but of 250KVA to 400KVA

All as per Serial item No 60.00 above but of 500KVA to 750KVA. NOTE:- Necessary T&P should be arranged by the contractor. The rate of T&P is included in above quoted rate

Draining out the complete transformer oil and keeping in safe custody in clean and dry containers for reuse. Opening the top cover of the transformer, disconnecting and taking out complete core assembly and dismantling it for checking the serviceability of the coil winding, checking the condition of the body, cleaning the tank and remove sludge/dirt, cleaning the coils limbs, refixing of core, core assy, tap changer assy,HT/LT winding connection, terminal studs of HT/LT sides and reassembling of transformer after repairs, refitting the transformer coil including improvement of insulation resistance value within desired level by heating or any other method to required level complete all as directed to the entire satisfaction of engr-in-Charge upto 63KVA

Materials and Labour for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m deep below normal ground level, connected with copper earth strip of size 20x3mm as earth lead up to test point by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts protected by and including GI pipe 32 mm bore (light grade) and connected to main test point as directed and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab 30cm x 30cm x 10 cm, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm C/C both ways with one handle for lifting, made out of 8mm dia TMT bar embedded in pre cast cover slab, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as shown on Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed.
