REPAIR/ MAINT OF LIGHTENING PROTECTION SYSTEM, EARTHING, AIR TERMINATION AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT 54 ASP AT AF STN GURGAON UNDER GE (AF) GURGAON NO. 1

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for re-use at site/ Sch of credit and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Point wiring complete with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed , 1100 V grade conforming to IS 694, 1.5 Sqmm (Norminal area) multistranded ,copper conductor cable drawn through in stove enamelled steel conduit medium grade ,minimum 20 mm dia conceled in wall , ISI Marked, and connect accessories, mounting on suface of walls / ceilings /roofs etc including provision of FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm muiltistranded green colour copper conductor cable as earth connectivity and connecting to common earth dolly for One light point controlled by one way one switch SP 5 Amp, 240 Volts complete alongwith matching the surface with the existing paint all as specified and directed .

Taking down carefully Flame proof wall mounted fan 18" size/ exhaust fan and single phase for rewinding and replacement of unserviceable parts required complete and refix the same all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour in replacement of sub main wiring with multistranded FR copper conductor cable PVC sheathed in and including concealed suitable size steel conduit medium grade with fittings and two runs of 6 Sqmm and one run of 6 Sqmm FR copper conductor as earth wire and connected to earth dolly all as specified and as directed. (The item includes cutting Chasis and making good the disturbed surfaces).

Material and Labour in replacement of sub main wiring with multistranded FR copper conductor cable PVC sheathed in and including concealed suitable size steel conduit medium grade with fittings and two runs of 4 Sqmm and one run of 4 Sqmm FR copper conductor as earth wire and connected to earth dolly all as specified and as directed. (The item includes cutting Chasis and making good the disturbed surfaces).

Supply and Fix in replacement of FlameProof- Weather Proof Distribution panel SPN 8 way, IP 65 protection, Material-Mildsteel with one incoming MCB DP 63 Amp and 06 Nos of outgoing SP MCB 16Amp having rotary type nobe with complete busbar & wiring upto terminals , incoming outgoing chamber complete set all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of FlameProof- Weather Proof Distribution panel SPN 4 way, IP 65 protection , Material-Mildsteel with one incoming MCB DP 40 Amp and 02 Nos of outgoing SP MCB 16Amp having rotary type nobe with complete busbar & wiring upto terminals , incoming outgoing chamber complete set all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of flameproof MCB DB TPN 4 ways suitable for fixing of MCB's in LM6 or cast iron box of size (420X420X250mm) complete with Incoming: MCB,4P,63A- 1 No. Outgoing: MCB,1P,6 to 16A- 12 Nos. all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of FlameProof- Weather Proof Enclosure , Material-LM6 having push button for movement of EOT crane 2 Ton including emergency button for tripping of the supply & IP 66 Degree of Protection as per IS 12063/1987 for EOT Crane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of switch flame proof weather proof rotary type with direct entry LM6 , 16 Amps , 240 volts duly approved by CSIR-CIMFR Dhanbad complete all as specified and as directed.
