Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150 mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar

M&L Pre cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for man holes and drain cover slab all as specified and directed.

S& F Mild Steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending hookinng etc and binding with MS wire 0.9mm dia(annealed)

M&L for dewatering of the following including desluding and pumping out effluent dirty liquid and sludge from bottom of manholes by sewage pump lifting the same upto 4.50 mtr depth of tank/MH incl. collecting sludge and dirty liquid into closed container and cleaning the manholes with fresh water, after wards opening the inlet of manhole for re-use and lifting the sludge to outside premises, as directed by Engr-in-Charge (the rates quoted shall be deemed included transport if reqd).

(a) Manhole of any dimension upto 1.50 mtr deep

(b) Manhole of any dimension exc 1.50 mtr deep but n exc 3.0 mtr deep

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable bitumen felt(any number of layers) including plaster of any thickness, wire brushing and cleaning of the surface of roof terraces including flashing and junctions of parapets kerb wall, PCC fillets, benching etc and removing of the rubbish to a distance not exceeding 500 m from the building and depositing where complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor including concrete at junctions of parapets and roof terraces, flashing kerbs walls, PCC fillets, benching coving of chajjah top/junctions etc complete all as specified

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) for roof, kerb, or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick CM (1:4) on roof slab top mixed with water proofing liquid finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces of concrete (roof etc) with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :- (i) Checking the roof slab by flooding test with water till total elimination of leakage/seepage/ dampness all as specified in SSR Part-I (after ascertaining location of leakage/seepage/ dampness, carrying out treatment vide item No. hereinafter of pressure grouting shall be operated at the required locations). (ii) Brushing surface with neat cement slurry at the rate of 3.00kg of cement per Sqm. (iii) Applying one coat of oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.25 kg/Sq. M iv) Providing and laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat weighing not less than 160 gm/Sqm all as specified procured from any one of the approved manufactures (v) Apply two coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 kg/Sqm per coat over membrane over non assesble roof surfaces complete all as per manufactures instructions and as directed

Removing tree from building with chemical treatment including scaffolding at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for joint filling by white cement or coloured cement with water proofing compound including grouting complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- Schedule of Credit of Amount Rs. 90,605.00 shall be deducted from total amount.
