SCHEDULE 'A' (E/M)

Supply, install , test and commisioning of Outdoor type Ring Main Unit (RMU) 22kV, 630A, 16kA, 5 ways (1 No. VCB Incomer & 4 Nos. VCB Outgoings (VVVVV+M)), Extensible type ,(unit should be extensible on both sides for future requirement) , Metering for all VCBs, Metal enclosed, Panel type, SF-6 insulated , .Each Vacuum circuit breakers shall have 3 O/C & 1 E/F relay. RMU should be designed, manufactured and tested according to the latest version of relevent Indian Standards, IEC standards & as per Technical Specification complete all as specified and directed.

Labour charges for disconnecting and disassembling old post insulator, old lightening arrester,old ACSR conductors, HG Fuse assembly ,Old Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates , earthing strip in the pole structure & taking into credit and removing the pole from existing location & reerecting the pole at different location complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for laying pipes and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for removing excavated soils n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

Labour charges for spreading of riddled earth obtained from trenches for cable cushioning on top and bottom of cable as specified.for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Only punned thickness of riddled earth shall be measured)

Supply only bricks, common burnt clay building bricks, subclass `B’ designation 75, old size , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing existing outdoor termination kit from 22 kV HT Cable and replacing it with indoor termination Cable Jointing Kit with rain skirts for 22 KV (Earthed) Grade cable, suitable for 3 Core XLPE Armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 Sqmm ,Heat shrink type, complete with jointing material and accessories .

Material and Labour Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required copper strip 32 x 6mm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply , erection, testing of maintainance free chemical earthing by auguring & installation of Carbon Coated M.S Pipe (pipe - in - pipe) with copper plated welded busbar terminal . Carbon Coated M.S Pipe shall have Outer Dia is 101 mm with a wall thickness of 2 mm , Inner Dia is 48 mm with a wall thickness of 2.6 mm, length 3m , Internal Corrosion Protection by corrosion resistant Crystalline Conductive Compound is filled and compacted in the cavity within the pipes to enhance the electrodes performance., and fill with (a) Eco friendly backfill Compound Electrodite (25 kg) with following properties: Resistivity : < 5 ohm-metre(In ideal moist conditions) ; > 5 ohm-metre(Dry Conditions) , Ph Value : 9-13 , High water retention capacity , Hygroscopic , Ionic & Electronic conduction ,Swells when it comes in contact with water thereby engaging constant contact between the electrode surface & soil(b) Eco friendly backfill Compound Conductolite (25 kg) with following properties: Resistivity : < 0.5 ohm-metre (In dry conditions) & Resistivity is not moisture dependant,Ph Value : 8.0 - 9.0, Electronic & Ionic conduction, Less susceptible to shrinkage,with hygroscopic & corrosion resistive properties (c) Eco friendly backfill Compound Conductolite with following properties: Soil Enhancer / Booster, Powered by Neutralising & Diffusing agents , Ph Value : 7.0 - 9.0 , Ionic conduction, Forms an aqueous solution ,Positive water soluble agents , reduces the soil resistivity, forms an aqueous solution that creates conductive roots in the immediate environment of the earthing system which enables dissipation of fault current smoothly and connecting with earth strip & covering with heavy duty polyplastic earth pit chamber cover complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply, fix and testing of online UPS and batteries with battery rank of following technical specification: Capacity - 30KVA / 24KW, DC VOLTAGE SYSTEM: 360VDC, PHASE: 3 PHASE IN ~ 3 PHASE OUT, IGBT based charger & Inverter with DSP sine wave Technology , with transformer , LCD Display & Manual By pass arrangement, Battery - 12 V / 65 AH SMF batteries including battery rank , interlink cables complete all as specified and as directed .
