Dismantling doors, windows and clear storey openings (steel / wood) shutter including chowkhats, architraves, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 100 m lead (full windows) Of area 3.00 Sq.M and below

Providing 15 mm thick plastering using Ready mix internal plastering compound of approved make for internal faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing, supplying and fixing hollow metal flush steel doors 40 mm thick of approved make consisting of door frame and shutters and all hardware fittings, frame made out of 14g thick G.I sheets and shutters made of 16g thick sheets, hollow portion filled with puff, including necessary stiffners in shutters and frame, vision panel of specified size with 4 mm glass and clip on pressed steel frame for vision panels, fixing 4 nos heavy duty stainless steel 304 grade ball bearing hinges, mortise / dead lock of approved make, a pair of 200 mm long stainless steel handles, 250 mm long stailless steel tower bolt, etc. frame hollow portion filled with PCC 1:2:4, necessary hold fast embedded in concrete, fixing in concrete with anchor fastners. finished with Polyurethane painting of approved colour complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying wall painting two coats on new work with premium plastic emulsion paint of approved brand to give an even shade, including a coat of approved cement primer, including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections Using materials manufactured by SAIL/ RINL/ TATA or any other approved brands of BARC confirming to IS 2062. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials.

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal fire rated doors as per IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 for stability and integrity. Pressed Galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Recommended fire door shall have doors tested at CBRI or ARAI for maximum rating of 2hrs with vision panel. Test certificates should be available for vision lites /panels as part of the fire door assembly. Independent glass test certificates will not be accepted. Manufacturer test certificate shall cover doors both single and double leaf and all doors supplied should be within the tested specimen, deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates are not allowed. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory. Door frame shall be double rebate profile of size 143 x 57 mm made out of 1.60mm (16gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Rubber door silencers should be provided on the striking jamb. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement & sand slurry necessary for fire doors on the clear masonry opening. Door shutters shall be of G.I sheet 18 gauge thick with necessary stiffners. All doors and frames shall be finished with polyurethane aliphatic grade paint of approved colour. The door leaf and frame shall have passed minimum 250 hours of salt spray test.
