Dismantling asbestos cement sheets (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) in roof coverings all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors & pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) (unreinforced) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course all as specified and as directed.

S&F Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sq m but not exceeding 0.18 sq m , in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces including preparation of surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over old treated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1, 1;3;6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls including racking out joints ,hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1 : 6 on brick/cement/stone surfaces and finishes the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing two coats of oil-bound distemper over a coat of alkali-resistant primer on new plastered surfaces wall care putty 1 mm thick including necessary preparation to surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for two coats of oil bound distemper on old wall surfaces including preparation of old decorated surfaces complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (anti fungal painting-APEX or equivalent) over a coat of acrylic emulsion primer on new surface including preparation of surface of any description all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level all as specified and as directed.

M&F for 75 mm thick PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection/floor including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&F for 25 mm thick PCC type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course in floors all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles(rubberised) 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with white cement & pigment, as specified and as directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick as backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 to receive skirting tiles/stone slab all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/ 450x350X7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with colour tiles all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm steel tubing and connections, fixed to wall /floor all as specified and as directed.

Removing building material/debris to a distance of 1.5 to 5 Km and spreading in layers all as specified and as directed. Note :6.0 Cum shall be consider as one load.

Schedule 'A' -Part II (E/M Works)

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1100 V grade 1.5 Sq mm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including PVC casing and casing (surface) ISI marked with all accessories concealed in wall, ceiling including 1.5 sq mm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire including testing for one light point, fan point, exhaust fan point controlled by one switch all as specified and as directed.
