Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Servo controlled voltage stabilizer of capacity 1500 KVA outdoor type (Confirming to BIS 9815:Part1 :1994 reaffirmation 2019 latest version) Three phase,50 Hz, Naturally Oil cooled, indoor , unbalanced type, copper wound, metallic body duly powder coated with lifting Hooks two nos , digital display type, relay free smooth and silent operation with 1st filling of Transformer oil up to level having following specification:- (a) Input voltage 360V-480V, (b) Output voltage stabilized at any deigned/desired voltage 415V +- 1% (c) Rated frequency 50 Hz (d) No distortion in wave form (e) Response time not to exceed 20 mille seconds (f) Sensitivity (+/-)1% (g) Rate of correction not less than 6 Volt/second between phase and neutral. M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, angle iron, flats and back plates fabricated from MS steel sections including nuts, bolts and washers of suitable sizes including welding, bending (cold or hot), drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint including taking down old cross arms, angle iron, plates etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plate earthing complete with copper plate electrode 60cm×60cm ×3.15mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of clear coal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15cm on all sides and incl copper earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with nuts, bolts & check nuts) and revetted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of equipments etc (upto 7.5 mtr), earth strip encased in and including 40 mm bore GI medium grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate to body of equipment fixed with and including flat iron clamps,bolts, nuts and washer and also including 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth plate to ground level for watering complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12mm graded crushed stone aggregate and RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation & earth work, etc as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required copper strip 32 x 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre- Painted galvanized aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Shed shall be erected to cover the servo voltage stablizer.
