SCHEDULE 'A' PART I Repairs/maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrical lift with power operated door simplex, collective control system with repair/maintenance of unserviceable damaged parts such as bearings, bushes all type of shoes headers, hangers, car door, door locks, control cards, connector/links, welding of crack/broken MS parts, Repairs/maintenance of unserviceable damaged door safety edge and or sensor mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, car position indicator, door sill, car door sill necessary wiring, hall push button assembly,Landing Operating Panel of any size and capacity including all connected Accessories, complete with illuminated push button & direction indicator with LED display with LPT/LPC card of stainless steel inclusive of harness wiring for luminating of push button of each floors and cutting wall including making good distrubed surface as per existing surface & cable as per requirement or safe operation of lifts minor repair to cabin, cabin light, fan etc ensure safety and smooth functioning of lift and disconnecting and repairs/maintenance of unserviceable/worn out parts such as warm wheel, warm shaft bushes, thrust bearing, pedestal bearing and necessary packing including overhaling, cleaning alignment of gear box assembly and after Repairs/replacement of wornout parts re-assembley and fixing with existing machine with proper alignment complete maintanance of car top, binding of loose wire at control panel and rust painting at car top and door and allied parts including testing complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following lifts :-

Note : - (i) Two mechanics shall be available round the clock at lift complaint cell for safe & smooth functioning of the lift and to carry-out rescue operation. (ii) The Contractor has to carry out the AMC of the Lifts through OEM or authorized rep of OEM only. (iii) The AMC should cover any/all parts of Lifts its function found defective the same should be repaired or replaced by the OEM as per the timeline covered under norms.

8 Ps (544 Kg) capacity in bldg (G+14) in bldg No R- 6,R-8, R-14, R-23, R-24, R-26 (Total 06 Nos lift).

13 Ps lifts (884 Kgs ) capacity (G+14) in bldg R- 8, R-18, R-19,R-29, R-31, Mesh (Total 06 Nos lift).

Goods Lift 29 Ps ( 2000 Kgs) capacity ( G+14) in Bldg No R- 4, R-5, R-6, R-07, R-12, R-13, R-14,R-15, R-23,R-24, R-26, R-27( Total 12 Nos lift)

SCHEDULE 'A' PART II Supply and fixing in repairs Panel assembly complete with illuminated push button for floor position, alarm, non stop door open, door close, cabin fan, cabin light stop, attend out key etc with direction indicator with LED display with CPI card of stainless steel face plate in and including necessary wiring as per existing for illuminating push button in lifts installed in G+14 Storey buildings,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs main steel wire rope 13mm dia, ungalvanised, 8/19 construction in and including necessary connection with counter weight, pulley & car cabin with clamps, nuts, bolts & washer etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs Governer rope of size 8 mm dia (8/19 Construction) ungalvanised including necessery connection with pully in machine room and shaft pit complete with clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc, for high rise building for 8/13/Goods lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs cabin fan, non-oscilating type, axial flow, single speed 300mm sweep, 240 volts ISI marked with grill complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs travelling cable PVC Insulated 16 Core with stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 0.75 Sqmm conforming to relevant IS including suitable size copper criping with lugs,thimples etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs full beam infrared sensor upto full length of car doors not less than 2.00 mtr complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs automatic door drive unit with motor on car top with VVVF of 1 HP capaicity as per existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs main drive (any type) from existing control panel and supply and fixing CAN BAS Integrtaed drive suitable for 8/13 Ps lift G+14 storey building including making all electric connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing landing in repairs push button box complete with stainsless steel face plate 1.5mm thick having 02 push button and combined digital position indicator with arrow indicator complete including cutting walls for fixing of push button unit including making good disturbed wall surfaces as per existing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs hooter with emergency call announciator working on 12 Volts with audibility 90DB @ 1M distance with complete accessories like push button switches,alongwith box including connecting with copper conductor cables all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge,

Material and labour for 18 mm thick machine cut granite stone slab fixed with appropriate adessive/glue and pointed with white cement mixed with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including necessary grinding and polishing grooving and rounding edges etc in any type of work and any position including dismantling existing granite slab and removing debries outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Breaking, chipping of loose concrete / plaster, cleaning of the existing surface of lift pits and repair to cracks in concrete after opening in V groove and filling with polymer modified concrete (1:3) with admixture. Injection grouting to be done at 30 cm c/c with cement slurry with admixture @ 1kg per 50kg bag of cement . Application of primer & 2 coats of ShaliCem-EWP as per manufacturers instructions and making the lift well completely seepage and dampness free complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable ARD and repair of ARD for proper operation including necessery wiring with machine and controller consisting of the following :-

Supply and fixing PCB Card, relay with control wiring as per existing for G+14 storey building.

Supply and fixing sealed maintenance free batteries ( Set of Four) each of 12 volts, 18 AH ( Five year maintenance free) complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs Aluminimum Chequred plate of 5mm thick duly fixed with nuts, bolts, washers,screws and washers and aluminimum angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 4mm thick fixed on corner of cabin including plateform base of 10mm thick plywood BWR grade suitable for 08/13 Ps lifts

Supply and fixing in repairs OSG Pully both top and bottom for 8 & 13 Ps Lift as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs false ceiling made out of stainless steel hair line finish 1.2mm thick and fixed with necessery nuts, bolts washers etc including making provisions & Supply and fixing of cabin fan and six watt LED fittings for 08/13 Ps lifts of any make.

Supply and fixing in repairs false ceiling made out of stainless steel hair line finish 1.2mm thick and fixed with necessery nuts, bolts washers etc including making provisions & Supply and fixing of cabin fan and six watt LED fittings for Goods lifts of any make.

Supply and fixing in repairs MP3 voice announcement system in the controller and high quality speaker on car top, with necessery provision of shaft wires and travelling cable complete as specified. The audio indicator shall anounce floor position, ARD made operation, overload announcement etc and continious mild music in hindi and can be programmable for more music. The announcement system shall be in hindi and english including testing after completion complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..

Supply and fixing in repairs shaft wiring in hoist way upto lower limit with PVC insulated copper conductor cable single core, 1100 Volts grade 0.75 Sqmm 24 Nos single core & 1.0 Sqmm for earth wire duly bunched with wire binding locking strip, drawing through in and including galvanished sheet metal trucking of 24 SWG up to ground floor in hoist for control to all function including in built connection for control panel, PCB, Hall push button, fire switch and lower limit switch complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. for G+14 Storey building.

Supply and fixing in repairs CAN BAS Integrated Drive based collectice control panel in hinged MS powder coated cabinet with control wiring comprising with multiple microcontrolled programmed chip based controlled by pulse modulation, complete with all safties such as thermal overload protection, over current protection, auto phase reverse link to each other in net work and compitable to 11 KW/15HP capacity VVVF drive including proper connection with suitable size lugs, terminal connectors screws and motor connection with galvanised sheet trunking 24 SWG including wiring of main motor with suitable size stranded copper cable etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Location :- R-6 (08 PS), R-23 (08 ps) and R-26 08 Ps). G+14 story.

Supply and fixing in repairs aluminium covered wire wound dynamic breaking resistor to absorb the reverse energy dissipation of motor during regeneration in control operation suitable for 11.0KW/15HP motor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs ARD system suitable for upto 11 KW motor including wiring with connected items in existing G+14 Storey building 08/13 Passenger lifts 415V,50 Hz,3 phase with a speed of 1.2 mtr/sec comprising with maintenance free battery 12 V, 18 AH (04 Nos with five year Maintenance free battery) suitable for existing capacity motor and controller system and testing after completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs car door comprises of 02 No power operated auto tele/centre opening for 800/900 mm openign by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel 1.2 mm thick sheet, flush type complete with headers for 08 ps lift all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Location- R- 6,R-8, R-14, R-23, and R-24 bldg

Supply and fixing in repairs car door comprises of 02 No power operated auto tele/side opening for 900/1000 mm openign by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel 1.2 mm thick sheet, flush type complete with headers for 13 Ps lift all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Location- R-19 (13Ps) bldg

Supply and fixing in repairs car door comprises of 02 No power operated auto tele/side opening for 1100/1200 mm openign by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel 1.2 mm thick sheet, flush type complete with headers for Goods lift all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Location-Goods lift of R-23, R-24 and R-26 bldg

SCHEDULE 'A' PART - III Manning and operation of electrically operated lifts (6Ps,8 Ps & 13Ps) per Bldg, of any make and capacity daily 08 hrs in one shifts from 0600hrs to 1400hrs including Sundays and holidays, including cleaning, taking care of entire lift installation from any pilferage, theft or damage etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for R-4, R-5, R-7, R-9, R-10, R-11, R-15, R-16, R-17, R-21, R-22, R-25, Makar, Kumbha, F-5, F6, R-30, R-35, CWE Office and RIS bldg [One lift attendant (Semi-skilled) each for 20 Nos building] (1 shift x 20 Nos x 11 months = 220)

NOTES (i) Passes will be processed alongwith (after verification on signed certificate, Pass shall not be granted without submission of qualification proof & experience certificate for lift operator of not less than 5 years in the field. In case of OEM, the qualification mentioned in note is not applicable which shall be verified by Engineer-in-Charge before issue of passes. (ii) Contractor shall submit ID proof, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engineer-in-Charge before employing a person as Operator (iii) Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue. The contractor shall submit proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. (iv) Lift operator (semi skilled) shall be available with lift cell as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge or Lift Cell in-Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge of Lift Cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall be affected. (v) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above. (vi) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell.

(vii) In case of any necessity for rescue operation or accident, Rescue Operator shall be capable of rescue the passenger and reacting to the situation (accident etc) Rescue operator engaged for rescue operation shall immediate attend the complaint within 30 minutes failing which penalty at Rs 500/- per hour or part thereof shall be levied (viii) Contractor shall submit the labour licenece as applicable as per latest laws/acts & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (ix) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessitated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. The quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO composing of Lift Inspector of Maharashtra State, representatives of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and members from department. (x) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF subscription made by him as applicable as per latest laws/acts alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment.

(xi) The bidders shall not quote rate less than minimum fair wages including other statutory requirement such EPF and ESI including GST as given at para 19 of Sch A Notes. If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost, the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid. (xii) The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost and amount quoted by lowest bidder for respective item. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees and other statutory requirments like EPF and ESI, the department shall have right to withhold the said amount which will be verified and confirmed by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withhold shall be final and binding. The withhold amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 working days, it shall be treated as willful negligence of the bidder with ulterior motives and such tenderer shall be banned from bidding for a period of six months commencing from the date of opening of Financial Bid . The contractor shall sumbit 03 Nos of BGBs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above. The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be 04 months, 08 month & 12 months respectively for the purpose of encashment/ release as the case may be. (xiii) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliver wherever sundays & holidays are mentioned for working (xiv) Quoted rates should include Stationary,Uniform,Shoes,log book and all safety equipments/ Harness which shall be included as part of contractors profit.
