Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied@ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Distempering (first coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Burger, J&N, Shalimar, Asian paints after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even with plaster of paris or approved synthetic material and sand papered smooth including cost of all materials.
