Removal of tapestry cloth from existing seat/back of Sofa set 05 seater and S&F new tapesty cloth from existing seat/back of sofa set 05 seater and providing new tapestry cloth DCM/Handloom long cloth of approved shade of Indian make of rate reanging between Rs. 200/- to Rs. 250/- per meter and fixing the same all as per drawing and as directed. ( Sample of tapestry cloth shall be approved by the GE)

CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLY TOP (DRG NO. FD-220) M&L for carrying out repair/replacement following parts to Charpoy GI Pipe with Ply Top, Complete all as specified and shown on drgs after removing the old broken part:-

Replacement of Commercial Ply top in single piece of size 6'6"x3'x12 mm thick of existing charpoy GI pipe top make Kitply/GreenPly/National BWR ISI Marked.

Removing the existing U/S Broken Long Rails of Charpoy GI Pipe and Supply and fixing new Long Rails made out of GI tubing 32 mm dia (Medium Grade. ISI Marked) all as specified and shown on drg Make Jindle/Bhushan.

Making out short Rail from broken long rail obtained from Ser item No (09.II) above fixing to the Charpoy GI Pipe complete all as specified and shown on drg including removing existing broken u/s short rails

Making out legs from broken short Rail obtained from ser No. 09.III above and fixing to the charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and shown on drg including removing existing broken u/s legs.

Removing the existing u/s broken elbows of charpoy GI Pipe and supplying and fixing new 32 mm bore 3 way elbows ISI marked all as specified and shown on drg

Supply and fixing 05 mm thick GI Check nuts suitable for 32 mm dia pipe all as specified and shown on drg.

Dismentaling and reassembling frame of charpoy GI pipe including tightening and providing extra threads and welding the joints as required and directed by Eng-in-charge and also assembling the frame of charpoy GI pipe with the parts received from items ser No. 09.01 to 09.06

Removing of old unserviceable lock from Almirah large steel 1/2H,1/2S, Almirah medium steel and S&F new brass lock 75mm long, 06 lever with two keys to Almirah steel all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable handle & lock assembly from Almirah large steel1/2H,1/2S, Almirah medium steel and S&F new handle & lock assembly to Almirah steel including making adjustment of door shutter & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces complete with spray machine all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable foot rest from Almirah large steel 1/2H,1/2S, Almirah medium steel and locker bed side steel and S&F new foot rest made out of 1mm thick MS black sheet (PBI) of existing size, shape and welding at appropriate points and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces complete with spray machine all as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable side of the box which house the drawer from Table writing and S&F new side made out of 18/19mm thick exterior grade pre-laminated particle board, teak faced to table writing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of old unserviceable back ply of table writing and S&F the new back ply of same size of 12mm thick OSTFcommercial plywood, ISI marked (Irrespective of all as shown on drawing) including one coat of french polish all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Replacement of unserviceable drawer with new drawer of same size and shape to table writing. Front of the drawer shall be made out of 18mm thick. exterior grade pre-lamianted particle board teak faced and including aluminium anodized knob.Sides,base and back of drawer made out of 12mm thick ply wood (ISI marked) and fixing all as shown in drawing including one coat of french polish.

Removal of old damaged door complete from table writing and S&F the new door of same size with piano type hinges made out of 18/19mm thick exterior grade pre-laminated particle board top of teak shade all as shown in drawing including aluminium anodised Knob complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable leg of table writing with new leg made out of Ist class hard wood teak all as shown on drawing including one coat of french polish.
