Routine maintenance and attending breakdown of lighting / welding system of coal handling plant of 3x210 MW units for proper lighting and welding supply including checking and minor maintenance of associated equipment.

Installation and commissioning of 125A/ 100A/ 63A, 415V double break, heavy duty fuse witch unit 63A, 415 V, 3 phase welding socket and plug combined unit

Shifting/ new installation of 250W / 400 W, HPMV/ HPSV fittings.

Shifting / new installation of 80 W/ 125 W HPMV / HPSV light fittings

Repairing of damaged 70 W to 400 W HPMV / HPSV light fittings

RATE SCHEDULE (b) HOIST

Repositioning of entangled steel wire rope, replacement of steel wire rope

Attending fault in the control panel of overhead system including replacement of defective components.

Maintenance of hoist which includes replacement of motors, bearings, cleaning of panels, control circuit, cleaning of monorail & other accessories.

Doing steel wire rope of single/double drum hoists in single rope by removing hook pulley for positioning of conveyor belt and for other works.

Repositioning of steel wire rope with hook pulley in single/double drum hoist after positioning of conveyor belt and other works.

Bringing down the hoist unit from mono-rail of the respective floor for attending the breakdown , complete overhauling and repositioning

Shifting of hook pulley from hoist to another / replacement by new hook pulley.

Maintenance of motorized trolley, Chain pully which includes replacement of motors, bearings and other associated works

RATE SCHEDULE (e) PF , TT & LDBs.

Maintenance/ overhauling of PF & TT slip ring assembly,electrical control pannel and other associated work.

Fortnightly checking of electrical control pannel of PF&TT, slip ring assembly , multi core flexible cable of slip ring assembly,DE/DS system and other control cable of pannel.

Repairing of LDBs./Junction box locating at different places of CHP including fixing of doors,weilding of hinges of doors, repairing/replacement of door lock system,replacement of aluminium/copper burnt bus bar,re lugging and termination of cable
