Construction of 150 Rmt Pucca Wall at New Nursery Sathiyawash Range Shrimadhopur. Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and MoRTH specifications Clause 304.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumpsandotherdeleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in: Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand).

Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto five level above 30cm. thick walls in : Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand).

Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete grade M-150 (1 : 2 : 4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of water- proof compound complete as per specification . 50 mm thick

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:3 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish :25 mm thick

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) : Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing.

Construction of Water Tank at New Nursery Sathiyawas Range Shrimadhopur. Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. All kinds of soils Size 3.14× 6.10×0.60×0.45 = 5.17

Providing and laying in position cement concretee including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). Plinth Size 3.14× 6.10×0.60×0.90 = 10.34 3.14× 6.08/4×2×0.90 = 8.59 total = 18.93

CAST-IN-SITU CONCRETE: Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for RCC structural elements upto floor five level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers (if required ) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. M20 grade Nominal Mix M20 grade Design Mix (Using minimum 400 kg of cement per cum of concrete) Size (1) 3.14×6.22×0.15×2.73= 7.99 Out work Size(2) 3.14×6.22×0.45× 0.90 = 7.90 Total = 15.89

Centering & shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways with steel props and removal of formwork for upto floor five level for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string course. Size 2×3.14×6.10×0.45 = 17.23 2×3.14× 6.22×2.70 = 105.46 total = 122.69

Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor five level. ( Original producers who manufacture billet directly from iron ores and roll the bilets to produce steel conforming to IS:1786) : Hot rolled deformed bars (IS : 1139). 122 rmt.

Random rubble dry stone Kharanja under floor. Size- 3.14× 6.08/4×2×0.30 = 2.86

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, making of lines or groove etc complete but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20mm thick nominal size aggregate. Size- 3.14× 6.08/4×2×0.30 = 2.86

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick Size (1) 2×3.14× 6.10×2.60 = 99.60 (2) 2×3.14× 6.10×2.60 = 99.60 Total = 199.20

Providing and Fixing of Chain Link Fencing at New Nursery Sathiyawas Range Shrimadhopur. Supplying and fixing of chain link fencing with angle iron posts 50x50x6mm placed at every 3 Mtr. apart 30cm in ground embedded in cement concrete 1:3:6 (30x30x45cm) corner and every tenth post to be strutted with (50 x 50 x 6cm) angle iron provided and fixed and fitted with posts including earth work in excavation etc. complete with chain link size. 100mm x 100mm x 3.15mm
