Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth lead upto 50 metres. DSR-18/1 6.1 /AR

Granular sub-base with close graded A, plant mix method Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work at motar grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 for grade-1 material (MORTH/(AR/YEIDA)

Wet mix macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam precification including premixing the material with water OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Technical Specification Clause 406 of MORTH/(AR/YEIDA)

Brick edging in full brick width and half brick depth including excavation, refilling and disposal of surplus earth lead upto 50 metres. With F.P.S. bricks of class designation 150

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen VG-10 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying Tack coat on prepared surface with bitumen 80/100 in boiler and spraying the emulsion with spray set fitted on bitumen boiler including clearing , preparing the existing road surface as per specification on granular Base such as W.B.M. and W.M.M. surface not bitumen primed with 2.5 Kg Of bitumen for 10 sqm.

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-a) or 13.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-b) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to required level and grade.
