Hence extra labour is required for earth removing of earth etc, complete.

Carefully Dismantling of Brick/ Stone Masonary in lime Mortar wall above roof level to a heighet of 6.00m without causing any damage or distrubance to the existing anciant structure and dispossing debris from inside to outside of the campus. etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Carefully removal of existing dead(detoriated) lime /cement plastering over the wall, arches, domes and Special type of ceiling in without causing any damages to the existing madras terrace roof and disposing debries etc , complete as per std. specification as per the direction of the dept. officers.

Dismantling and clearing away carefully Flooring / glazed tiles etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Removing of existing AC sheets roofing and steel truss,purlin over the second floor corridor roof ( at a height of 8.00 m ) of the rani mahal and carefully stacking the materials for reuse the cost including labours charges etc, complete.

Dismantling of Cracked and leaky Madras terrace roofing to 300 mm average thickness (brick on edge, lime concrete,and tiles and necessary safty arrangements for working labours to a height of more than 5.00 m and collecting,conveying the debries from inside of the building to out side to a far off place etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Carefully removing and clearing away carefully and stacking materials useful for reuse of the decayed wooden beam/joist/girder in Madras terrace roofing in all floors by carefully dislodging at ends and top including making necessary notches or openings in the wall on either side of joist, beam to enable it removed etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Racking out the brick joints of walls, arches, etc.,to a depth of approximately 5cm for a wall thickness of 45cm and above to remove the dead mortar in between the brick joints and cleaning the surface with coir brush and washed with pure water etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Clean removal of saline action over the stone pillars, brick wall etc., will paper pulp treatment by using floating paper, deionizer water, plastic bucket,coir, brush etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
