Taking down defective transformers of any size and capacity including disconnecting electric connection LT/HT side from two pole structure, from platform or from indoor sub station transporting it to the workshop for repairs testing/commissioning and reinstallation after repairs as and when directed including making electric connection on HT/LT side complete all as directed.

Strip opening of transformer 315 to 500 KVA, 11 KV/440 volts indoor/outdoor of any make/type after unscrewing nuts/bolts, washers and taking down other connected accessories, such as temp gauge/breather, conservator tank for rewinding of HT/LT coils ( Payment of repairs replacement of parts, rewinding of coils and filtration of oil shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of schedule complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No 2 above but of capacity 200 KVA to 250 KVA

All as per serial item No 2 above but of capacity 100 KVA to 160 KVA

Supply and replacement of HT coils made out of super enamelled copper winding wire for transformer capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as directed. Note:- Mode of rewinding/gauge of winding wire shall be maintained as per the manufacturers design

Supply and replacement of LT coil of copper strip duly insulated/cotton covered/varnished as per the standard design complete all as directed. Note:- Mode of rewinding/gauge of winding wire shall be maintained as per the manufacturers design

Reconditioning of LT coils by removing old insulation, covering with super enamelled varnish, cotton tape etc complete all as directed.

Filtration & Dehydration of transformers oil by attending each transformers, HT OCB, LT OCB, HT VL switches etc through on line filtration equipment to with stand minimum dielectric strength 40 KV for 1 min at 2.5 mm gap and flash at 60 KV without disturbing/switching off system complete all as directed.

Supply and topping up of fresh transformer oil on transformer/OCBs having lower level of oil, leveling upto desired level having dielectric strength not less than 45 KV confirming to relevant IS complete all as directed.

Decanning of existing burnt transformer oil, washing the tank with petrol / spirit and refilling new transformer oil confirming to relevant IS complete upto desired level, oil dielectric strength 45- 50KV confirming to relevant IS complete all as directed.

Preparing the surface of the transformers for painting by cleaning thoroughly the surface for removing dirt, grease, oil, scales etc and spray painting with a coat of heat resistant synthetic enamel paint of suitable/specified colour as directed including painting/writing the SM and MES No on the transformer with white paint complete all as directed for the following capacities:-

(a) Transformer 500 KVA to 315 KVA.

(b) Transformer 250 KVA to 200 KVA.

(c) Transformer 160 KVA to 100 KVA.

Preparing the surface of LT panel at site for painting by cleaning and scrubbing throughly the surafce for removing dirts, grease, oil scale etc and painting with approved synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed

Preparing the surface of fencing, including post XPM, gate, pillars, other fittings for painting by cleaning and scrubbing throughly the surafce for removing dirts, rust deposition, oil, paint etc and painting with approved synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed

Replacement of tap changing device for 100 KVA to 500 KVA transformer complete all as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre connected to galvanized strip 32x6 mm as earth lead up to 20 metre long by meaxns of nuts, bolts, thimbles, check nuts and washers etc made of galvanized iron connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2010 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including earth work and excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, pre cost slab 40mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 with 8 mm dia MS bars reinforced at 10 cm centre to centre both ways including funnel with watering pipe wire mesh and lugs, including test point complete all as directed. Note :- (i) Earthing strip and protection pipe to a length of 7.5 m is deemed to be included in the rate. (ii) The unit rate deemed to include taking down old earthing.

Replacement of worn out rubbersied cork sheet gasket form top cover and HT/LT connection side of transformer of any Make/Capacity and providing the new synthetic rubberised cork sheet on top cover and HT/LT connection both side & servicing of defective HT/LT bushes with brass spindle, nuts, bolts, washers insulation complete all as directed. Note :- (i) New nut and bolts with washer for top cover as per existing size is deemed to be included in the rate of this item. (ii) The unit rate deemed to include drain out transformer oil storing the same in suitable container to be provided by the contractor and refilling the same after necessary repair. (iii) Supply only HT/LT bushes shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only HT bushes with brass spindle with hexagonal brass nut 02 Nos and washers for the transformer of any capacity complete all as directed.

Supply only LT bushes with brass spindle with hexagonal brass nut 02 Nos and washers for the transformer of any capacity complete all as directed.

Replacement of temperature gauge for recording observation of temperature of transformer oil complete all as directed.

Replacement of gate valve brass 20mm ISI marked with iron wheel complete all as directed Note:- Make shall be same as that of replaced one.

Painting to cross arms "V" type with one coat of aluminum paint on 11 KV HT pole on distribution system after thoroughly cleaning the surfaces including cross arm clamps, pin insulators clamps, insulators pins, bolt nuts etc complete all as directed.

Supply laying, commissioning & testing cable HT UG cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heave duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade of size 185 Sqmm 3 core suitable for 11 KV(E) system laid in trenches/ducts/encased in GI pipe/fixed to pole complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavation earth work sand PCC cover, GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective items

Supply and erect Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) complete all as directed. Note : Earth work, excavation, cross arms, PCC foundation and PCC coping shall be measured and paid seperately.
