Description of work to be executed

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Varnishing with varnish of approved brand and manufacture : Two or more coats of glue sizing with copal varnish over an under coat of flatting varnish

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Provision for removing of Marble slab/tiles of 15 mm to 18 mm thickness with utmost care from the floor and dado of ancient bathroom and stacking the same within 50 m lead as per direction of site-incharge

Marble stone flooring with 18 mm thick marble stone, as per sample of marble approved by Engineer-in-charge, over 20 mm (average) thick base of lime sand/ surkhi mortar 1:4 (1 lime : 4 coarse sand/ surkhi) laid and jointed with white cement slurry, including rubbing and polishing complete with : Makrana white second quality

Provision for polishing on marble work/Granite work/stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc. 32 mm nominal dia Pipes

Provision for fitting and fixing of sanitry fittings at the toilet block adjacent to Baby care room

Provision for fitting and fixing of electric wiring, casing switchboard etc for Baby care room and toilet

Provision for fitting and fixing of necessary arrangement for sitting in the baby care room

Provision for repair of damaged wooden bench by iron MS rectangular hollow pipe(box) fitting, fixing welding and painting complete etc

Provision for new sitting arrangement (garden benches) for the visitors at the monuments

Provision for repairing of old Dustbin including fitting and fixing of MS dustbin with stand (steel frame) etc.

Provision for new dustbin including fitting and fixing of MS dustbin with stand (steel frame) etc. as per existing approved design

Provision for new Wheel Chair for differently abled person

Provision for signages as per approved design including all complete. (The text to be engraved on stainless steel plate with wooden base).

Provision for a PNB, CNB & Location map Board of RCC structure Veneering with Red sand Stone and stone should be fixing at top with the necessary Notice printed as supplied by competent authority with fixing at Site including all other charges.

Provision for a C.N.B. in braille for blind persons. Measurement and details to be given before execution

Provision for making new Dos & don'ts instruction board with 18 guage stainless steel sheet (900mm X 600mm) and pipe stand of 2100 mm high with proper pedestal as per the direction of site-in-charge

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Marble work

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Provision for making drainage syastem for toilet block including removing of sand stone flooring & refixing the same as per existing pattern under the direction of site incharge

Provision for repairing of wooden door including replacing of damage loovered pattern
