Supply and Laying in replacement XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated, bedded, GI strip or wired armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core laid in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles complete with cable glands & lugs cable route indicator as required all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of SMC junction box of size 270mm x 225 mm x 135 mm hinged type door 4 Nos terminal with 6-20 Amp MCB fixing on pole with necessary fixing arrangement such as jointing material, nuts, bolts, washers and clamps etc including taking down old UNSV complete all as specified and directed. Labour for Repair/ maintenance of street lights/ yard lights/ high mast fitting/Bollard /garden luminaire of any size/ type fixed on poles/bldgs/tower including taking down as required at a height exc. 8m from the ground level including dismantling all the defective components, checking its serviceability circuit board, driver units and carried out necessary minor repairs/soldering of worn out circuits /connections, replacement of unserviceable parts and refixing the same after repair including connecting and testing the same, replacing the fused lamps, burnt out wiring, ballast and igniter, capacitor and reassembling and fixing the fitting to original position complete, testing and commissioningcomplete all as specified and directed . Replacement of fused wire is deemed to be included and other items will be measured and paid separately under relevant items, however securing wiring/ tapeing/refixing is deemed to be included in Job. Note: (a) Irrespective of fittings/ components replaced, the measurement shall be made for one pole as one unit. (b) Attending through necessary ladder arrangement on vehicle or ladders etc shall be arranged by the contractor. (c) Necessary tools /safety eqpts like hand gloves/discharge tools/helmet/torch/gum boots and other safety equipments as per standard practice is to be deemed to be included and proovided by contractor. (d) Contractor is completely responsible for the safety of manpower employed by him.

Labour for Repair/maintainace of LT cable faults by disconnecting and taking out old existing LT cable of any sizes, in any position from trench/duct/panel and removing/excavating the outer surface of cable, examining cable and joints for defects and ascertaining suitability of cable for reuse, meggering, cutting out the defective portion of cable/joint, including taking out old serviceble PCC cable covers/Bricks or GI pipe of any type/size and relaying the cable with old serviceable bricks/PCC cable covers after repair/replacement of cable / jointing kit of any make or size of existing then make good the excavated area by returning/filling the same complete all as specified & directed. Note: (a) Using of new GI pipe or new jointing kit will be paid separately in concerned items (b) Excavation, refilling and sand/cable covers as used will be paid separately. (c) Irrespective of nature of complaint fault identification and necessary minor accessories as tape/lugs/nuts bolts/testing through test lamp or meggering for any fault identification and securing cables or connected switch gear after defect rectification is deemed to be included in the scope. (d) Necessary tools /safety eqpts like hand gloves/discharge tools/helmet/torch/gum boots and other safety equipments as per standard practice is to be deemed to be included and proovided by contractor. (e) The fuse of call/breakdown and defect identification to be attended immediately within 2 hrs and process for proper defect identification should be completed in continuation alongwith any further workmen or equipment required as defect rectification being essential service in nature and the cost is deemed to be included in scope of work and also as directed. (f) Contractor is completely responsible for the safety of manpower employed by him.(g) The contactor need to arrange necessary skilled manpower immediately to restore the essential electrical services.

Dismantling and taking out old un-serviceable Non-integral light fittings from 13.5 mtr High mast tower with checking its connection and unserviceable parts ,such as Drivers,LED lamps ,LED Fittings etc and replace the same and refitting in its position including servicing the double drum winch and greasing the 5 mm dia steel wire rope, wheels,operating handles with all parts and equipments of existing High mast Tower ,fitting ,Allignment upto length, testing complete in all respect after the high mast tower mounted all as specified and directed. Note: The Lights fittings to be replaced shall be measured seperately under this schedule of item.

Supply, heating and topping up transformer insulating oil EHV grade having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV (R.M.S) at 2.5 mm gap high viscosity confirming to IS – 335 of 1983 complete for replacement of unserviceable transformer oil or for toping up all as directed.

M & L for painting of two pole structure (11 metre long) with aluminium paint after removing old paint from pole & other steel section such as angle, bracket & support clamps etc and inclusive of one over coart and one finishing coat of aluminium paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge

M&L for Filtration and Dehydration of transformer oil of Transformers at different location of CGRA/CGAE with filtration cum dehydration machine to achieve desired level of di electric strength of transformer oil including testing complete as specified and all as directed by engineer in charge. Note- The quoted rate shall deem to incl for the cost of centrifuging the transformer oil by means of electrical operated centrifuging machine . (ii) The contrator shall test the di electric strength of oil of each transformer before dehydration & filtration and after completion of dehydration and filtration process he shall submit record of the same. Each sample of oil shall be tested with a transformer oil test machine at site in presence of concerned JE/ Engr- in- Charge. The contractor will have to arrange correctly calibrated Transformer Oil Test machine. for this purpose. (iii) The dielectric strength should not be less than 45 KV.

Supply and fixing in replacement of air break Gang operating Drop Out (GODO) switch vertical / horizontal typeTriple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on 12 insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps suitable for 11 KV complete with testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for metal spreading around the two pole structure including cleaning & removing grass of the area 4mx3m approx around the two pole structure. Spreading & leveling sand cushioning 15 mm over the cleaned surface and spread150 mm thick stone aggregate, 40 mm graded including painting of concrete surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete routine test of transformer of Cap upto 315 KVA (as per IE rules) with authorised agency as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge and submit the all routine test certificate by the authorised agency to Engr-in-Charge for maint of our record of any capacity of transformer complete all as directed
