Providing of Glass Reinforced Concrete (G.R.C) Slanting Roof Elevation Tiles Slant Finish in approved color. The thickness of the tiles should be 10 mm, allowing variance of±2 mm in accordance with IS: 1237‐1980. The composition of tiles should be ‘43’ Grade White Portland cement, reinforced with Alkali Resistant Glass Fiber and the pigmentation should be done with exterior grade synthetic inorganic iron oxide pigments manufactured by ‘BAYFERROX (Germany)’ or equivalent.

The pigmentation should be homogeneous and in accordance with British Standards BS EN 12878:1999. The other additives should be fine washed graded quartz, super plasticizers and integrated waterproofing agents and others. The tiles should be produced with high vibration technology and should have compressive strength equivalent to M‐40 Grade@28 days. The top surface of the tiles should be sealed with acrylic lacquer resulting in surface water absorption of tiles, less than 1% and water absorption by 24 hrs immersion method, less than 8%. Providing and fixing Glass Reinforced Concrete (G.R.C) Column with Capitol and Base of in approved design, pattern, size and colour to be cladded on existing structure of MS or RCC. The column set shall include Capitol and Base in accordance to the size and length of the column. The GRC column should be made from ‘53 grade’ Cement manufactured by ‘JK/BIRLA Cement’ or equivalent, Quartz, Fine Silica Sand, Alkali Resistant Glass Fiber manufactured by ‘N.E.G. Polishing in high gloss/matt finish melamine clear polish on wood work in required color/wooden shade texture with following process in the sequence as detailed below: 1. The surface to be polished is rubbed with sand paper 80/ 120 no. and then with sand paper of 160/180 nos. 2. Applying two coats of sealer with spray gun and allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat is allowed to dry for 8 to 12 hrs. 3. On drying of sealer coat, wet rubbing with emery cloth of finer grading with ample water to remove excess sealer layer and make the surface further smooth after this wet rubbing, then surface is applied with special grade melamine fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again a light wet rubbing is done this surface is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. 4. PREPARATION WORKS

Fine dressing of the ground

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and / or good earth in required thickness as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and / or good earth to be paid separately).

Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh growths after 10 to 15 days and then fine dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately)
