Excavation in foundation In ordinary soil (loam clay or sand ) i/c lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m i/c filing watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches of into the space between the buliding and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plingth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer incharge upto a distance of 30m form the foundation trenches .

Concrete with 4 cm brick ballast, fine sand of 1.25 f.m. and cement in 8:4:1 in foundation and under floors i/c supply of all materials , labour, tools and plants etc. requried for proper complition of the work.

M-150 Brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand in foundation and plingth i/c supply of all materials , labour, tools and plants etc. requried for proper complition of the work.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1: 1.5 : 3 in slab excluding suplying of reinforcement and it bending but i/c its fixing and binding the same with 24 bw GGI binding wire and i/c necceasry centering and shutering etc. supply of all materials , labour, tools and plants etc. requried for proper complition of the work.

M.S. (tor steel or plain ) plain work such as r.c.c. or r.b. work i/c bending for proper shape and i/c supply of steel and its wastage bend, hooks and authorised overlapping shall me measured and i/c cost of binding wire.
