Providing and laying vitrified stone effect finish tiles having size 590 to 605 mm x 590 to 605 mm of 8 to 10 mm thickness and confirming to IS. 15622-2006 (Group Bla) of approved make, shade and pattern for flooring in required position laid on a bed of 1:4 cement mortar including required position laid on a bed of 1:4 cement mortar including neat cement float, filling joints, curing and cleaning etc. complete ( make - johnson - breeze GPIS)

Providing and fixing in position Partition of polished Kaddappa / Marble / Granite stone of required thickness ,including making groove in wall / concrete surface filling joints with slurry, curing, polishing, rounding edges, as required cleaning etc. complete.

Providing moulding to granite / Marble / Kota stone including polishing, rounding edges, as required cleaning etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in position ultra violet stabilised CPVC plumbing pipe of specified outer diameter of required standard thickness conforming to I.S. 4985 including necessary fittings conforming to I.S. 7834 such as PVC bends, tees, reducers, clamps, plugs etc. including necessary excavation trench filling, necessary drilling holes in walls, slabs etc. and making good the surface complete.(For 10 kg/Sq.cm Pressure) (Prior approval of sample and brand by Ex.Engineer is necessary before use.

Providing and Fixing Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with Dune (Bevelled Tegular) Edge Tiles of size 15mm Exposed Grid. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%,NRC 0.5, Light Reflectance 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 16mm , with Recycled content of 35 %.
