Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors approns etc laid and bedded and pionted in any mortar

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing cutting and mirror polishing over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete

M&L vitrified ceramic dark shed 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) arae of each tiles n exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match existing tiles and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 for laying florr finishes complete

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for re fixing or removal to store

Taking down old water proofing treatment including plaster and M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application over and including bitumen tack coat 5kg/10 sqm including a coat of aluminium paint after laying of APP memebrane with primer complete all as specified Note : cutting chasing and embeding of APP membrane at parapets walls or similar works included. and through off rubbsh out of Md land

M&L for cleaning the existing surfaces and removal of debris , loose particles , grass etc and existing water proofing roof treatment completely and repairing the cleaned surfaces through repair mortar and providing chemical injection grouting and angle filets ( if required ) and treatment of pipe entry with hybird PU sealant dual shrinkage compensated micro conrete. Applying priming coat of epoxy primer with resin hardner in 1:3 ratio with water dilution as per manufacturerinstructions applying 2 coats of solvent based polyrethane liquid membrane not less than 500 micron thick UV having SRI valve greater than eual to 105 with consumption of 0.61 kg/sm ( each coat), 2nd coat shuld be applied once 1st coat becomes dry completely all as per manufacturers instruction including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cm 1:4 and all as specified and directed of MakeAsisn Paints/Thermax/Berger as approved by GE. Note- Work of water proofing shall be got done through authorized applicator of approved Make.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces of walls including prepration of surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
