Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for TMT bars 6 to 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, as reinforcement for concrete cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A/Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc as per item no. 21.00 above but for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other sectionwith gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410 W Gde-E-250, quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing rolled mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment (Fe 290 Gde-E 165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Mild steel screw bolt (Machine made) diameter of neck 16 to 20 mm, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be filled with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing mild steel rolled sections as in running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plate etc. conforming to Fe 410 W Gde-E-250, quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (AZ-150) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only old serviceable Pre-painted galvalume aluminum corrugated steel sheet any thickness or colour as obtained from dismantling as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with new self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preparing of new steel surfaces of any description , over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preparing of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) for laying of floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 20mm thick granite slabs of any type (table rubbed and polished) on cooking platforms, slabs and like, set and jointed in net cement slurry and pointed in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match shade of granite including necessary moulding at edges laid over and including 15mm thick cement mortor screed bed in cement mortor (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand Complete all as specified and as directed

Materials and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed

Materials and labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base of floors etc. finished the surface of concrete even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, plinth protection, path etc. finished the surface of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement, laid in alternate bay and joints filled with bitumen fillers complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 15mm thick in two layers (10 mm and 5mm) in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work, WPC shall be mixed with mortar of top layer, finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

Materials and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof antifungal exterior emulsion paint (as per manufacturer instructions) of approved colour over a coat of damp proof primer over 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/roof surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq metre all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) over RCC roof surface to receive roof treatment finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Materials and Labour for 25 mm average thickness plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12. 5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate over roof/ chajjas to achieve required slope including formwork, making rounded chamfered on edges, mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall measured and paid separately.)

Supply only Water Proofing Compound of approved make.

Materials and labour for providing, laying water proofing treatment over plastered surfaces of RCC roof with following steps of work to be carried out through authorised person/applicator of manufacturer :- (a) The dried plastered surface of slab shall be painted with one coat of bituminous primer @0.4 liter/Sqm. (b) Over the primed surface a layer of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight of 3 kg/sqm of approved manufacturer minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150gms/sqm) shall be laid by torch application method. The side over laps of membrane shall be minimum75mm and the end laps shall be minimum 100mm and sealing all overlaps and joints shall be done as per manufacturer's instruction. Materials and labour for Expansion Joint Treatment by Opening the existing installed system from expansion joint. Rain water pipeline also need to treated with polymer modified mortar. The existing surfaces shall be cleaned properly so as to free from dirt, oil grease, etc Apply mixed Thixotropic epoxy adhesive using a serrated spreader. Remove central masking tape immediately and position non reinforced polymeric membrane with release tape into the high strength repair mortar adhesive. Roll firmly to displace trapped air and to ensure extrusion of thixotropic epoxy adhesive through the edge perforations. Apply a second layer of epoxy adhesive to the full width of the top surface of membrane. Remove central release film from membrane. Finally remove outer edge masking tapes and feather edge the epoxy adhesive ,Put an Aluminum strip 3mm thick and 15mm width at the edge of “L” portion to make the membrane in proper shaped and puncture from lapping portion, Protect the membrane with Aluminum strip (1.2mm STD) followed by nailing system Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and applying on concrete surfaces with single component, fibre reinforced, shrinkage compensated, polymer modified, structural grade repair mortar, 40 mm thick. The repair mortar should have compressive strength of 45 N/sqmm, flexture strength of 7 N/sqmm and tensile strength 2.5 N/sqmm at 28 days, curing the treated surface with polymer based curing agent having moisture retention :< 0.55 Kg/sqm as per ASTM C156. Drying time 3 hours at 23 degree complete as per manufacturer instructions.

Material and labour for repair of jammed large size motor operated sliding type hangar door of height more than 10m after making necessary arrangements for holding the door in standing position removing top and bottom wheels and stregthening, weldong and adding some extra MS cleats to make it strong to avoid de-railing and repairing bottom wheels by maching on lathe and supplying and fixing new 2Z SKF self lubricating maint free ball bearings, repairing chain and re-aligining and balancing guide rails which got deflected due to mis-aligned self load of jammed door also repairing and aligning bottom track using necessary fabrication/welding etc wherever required for ensuring smooth functioning of doors incl final inspection and re-instl of door complete all as specified and directed by the GE.
