Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC) of decorative heritage street lighting pole of 4.5 m nominal height above finished ground level with double-arm arrangement and integrated Trishul & Damburu decorative elements, fabricated from heavy-duty Mild Steel tubular sections conforming to relevant IS standards, having minimum 108 mm outer diameter and 4 mm wall thickness, complete with structural design suitable for minimum design wind speed of 180 km/hr as per IS 875 (Part 3) latest revision. The pole shall be provided with a minimum 230 mm dia × 12 mm thick MS base plate, factory welded to the pole shaft and adequately reinforced with MS stiffeners/gusset plates for structural stability. The base plate shall be drilled and prepared for fixing with foundation bolts as per approved structural design. The pole shall be coated with suitable surface preparation, one coat of zinc-rich epoxy primer and finished with outdoor-grade UV-resistant pure polyester powder coating in approved black finish with minimum 100-micron dry film thickness (DFT), providing long-term weather and corrosion resistance. The pole shall be suitable for 70 mm dia cable entry and exit and shall be provided with a lockable cast aluminium junction box service door complete with pre-wired control gear tray, 2.5 sq.mm FRLS copper internal wiring,for two street lights 6A SP MCB, 32A 4-pole terminal connector for loop-in loop-out arrangement and all associated accessories required for complete installation. The manufacturer shall submit structural stability certification and/or deflection test report during Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI). The complete installation shall be tested and commissioned as per relevant IS standards and the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Warranty: Minimum 3 years comprehensive warranty from the date of commissioning. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 50W LED drop‑down decorative luminaries with minimum 105 lm/W efficacy, fabricated from spun aluminium body with clear acrylic/polycarbonate diffuser of size 445 × 713 mm, suitable for mounting on internally threaded pipe. Fixture shall be powder coated in graphite grey/jet black/anthracite grey finish, equipped with Type‑III polycarbonate optical lens, CCT 3000K, CRI >70, and SMD LED chips of Nichia/OSRAM/CREE make. Luminaire shall be IP65 or above, designed for outdoor application, operating on 230–240 V AC, 50 Hz, with B.I.S certified driver having efficiency >85%, power factor >0.95, THD <10%, surge protection 5 kV with additional external protection of 20 kV/10 kA, and suitable for operating temperature –15°C to +50°C under humidity range 0–95%. The system shall ensure lumen maintenance of 50,000 hours (L70B10).IK 06 impact resistance , LM -79/LM -80 ,Compliance LOP package complete in all respect . SITC of RCC foundation of size 450 mm × 450 mm × 1200 mm using Design Mix M20 concrete and Fe-415 reinforcement steel, including excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, curing, anchor bolt fixing, plastering, putty and two coats of exterior-grade weatherproof paint, complete in all respects.

Supply,Fixing & Laying of 1.1 kV grade, 4-core × 16 sq.mm Aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, GI armoured power cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I), including trench excavation, laying through 50 mm dia HDPE conduit pipe conforming to IS 14930 (Part-II) or equivalent, sand cushioning, protective covering, backfilling, cable pulling, dressing, termination, testing and commissioning, complete with all materials, labour, tools, tackles and incidental charges, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. SITC of individual pole earthing comprising GI spike/coil earthing electrode at the base of each pole foundation, 6 SWG GI earth wire, clamps, saddles, joints, terminations, earth pit arrangement, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC) of outdoor floor-mounted LT feeder pillar panel fabricated from CRCA sheet steel with minimum 1.6 mm thick enclosure body and 2.0 mm thick mounting plate, weatherproof and dustproof construction with minimum IP55 protection and powder-coated finish, complete with gland plates, terminal blocks, neutral link, earth bar, internal wiring, cable management system and all associated accessories.The panel shall be complete with 63A TPN MCB incomer, Astronomical Time Switch having minimum three independent outputs (one per phase) with automatic sunrise/sunset/twilight tracking, manual override facility, battery backup and relay status indication, 63A TP contactor, Auto/Manual selector switch, RYB phase indication lamps, Type-II Surge Protection Device (SPD) rated minimum 10kV/20kA, control wiring, mounting hardware, testing and commissioning for automatic operation of street lighting circuits, complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC) of maintenance-free chemical earthing system for feeder pillar panel comprising 50 mm dia × 3.0 m long chemical-filled GI pipe electrode, earth enhancement compound (minimum 2 bags × 25 kg), earth pit chamber with heavy-duty RCC/FRP cover, GI earth lead connection, clamps, nuts, bolts, watering arrangement, excavation, backfilling, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects. The earth resistance shall be maintained at 5 Ohms or less, as per relevant IS standards and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
