Material & Labour for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11Sqm and n.exc 18 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tile over and including screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) 15mm thick for laying floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces of size 350 x 250 x 7mm /450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) in dado/skirting tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick framed factory made Glazed and skelton shutter, open and prapared to receive the glass, gauze etc.(without sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc. (Glass / Wiremesh should be measured seperately) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge..

Supply & Fixing 30mm thick 2nd class hard wood plain framed factory made glazed and skeletion window/ventilator shutters , open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain , chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beds for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I, Section 8 , clause 8.24(a) supplied and fitted to chowkats , complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
