M&L for Dismantling Asbestos Cement (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition/Breaking up Drain Pipes (SGSW, AC, RCC etc.) 300mm bore (dia), Jointed in Cement Mortar of any description including PCC of Packing and Haunching to Sides of the Pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 11 here-in-above, but for 450 mm dia RCC pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling barbed wire of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) in Foundations, Filling and Mass Concrete, Foundation of Pole etc. including use and waste of Formwork as required/ordered at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick Work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick Work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, Straight or Curved on Plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Chain Link Fencing of 100x100mm Mesh with 4.0mm dia including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, Straining bolts etc, including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in-repair Galvanised 2 Strand, Steel Barbed Wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia Barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of Standard Rails straining Bolts, includ-ing securing or tying at crossings with and provision of Galvanised Mild Steel Wire, Staples or Steel Pins, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Cost of Mild Steel Binding Wire shall deem to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

Fixing only Galvanised 2 Strand, Steel Barbed Wire of any description and straining and fixing to any type of Standard Rails straining Bolts, includ-ing securing or tying at crossings with and provision of Galvanised Mild Steel Wire, Staples or Steel Pins, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Cost of Mild Steel Binding Wire shall deem to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

M&L for Screed Bed or Bedding Layer 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 for laying Floor Finishes/Tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling of average 50mm thick below the P.C.C. Paver Block, including watering, ramming and consolidation, complete all as specified and as directed. (Only the compacted thickness shall be measured and paid)

M&L for providing Pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete (nominal mix) 1:1.5:3 (20mm graded stone aggregate) type A1, in fencing posts with sectional area exceeding 100 Sqcm but not exceeding 250 Sqcm including use and waste of Formwork as required/ordered at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.

M&L Pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Slab Supported on wall, Cover Slabs for Manholes, Shelves and Similar Articles, etc., Set in Cement Mortar 1:4 including use and waste of Formwork as required/ordered at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 40mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame of Type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) set in cement morter 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT Bars 8-10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT Bars 6mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequered Cement Concrete Coloured Tiles 300x300x22mm thick in Floors, Paths, etc., set, jointed and pointed in Neat Cement Slurry in Floors with Grey Cement and Pigment, complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for Glossy finished Chequered Cement Concrete Coloured Tiles 300x300x22mm thick in Floors, Paths, etc., set, jointed and pointed in Neat Cement Slurry in Floors with Grey Cement and Pigment, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Screed Bed will be measured and paid separately under appropriate Item.

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles 15mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Screed Bed will be measured and paid separately under appropriate Item.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, complete all as specified and as directed.

Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing of (Gde-E-250) Fe-410-W, A-quality, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (40mm graded aggregate), 100mm thick as in sub-base of floor/path, Plinth Protection/Path etc., laid in alternate bays, finishing Concrete Surfaces Even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate), 40mm thick as in Floor, Hard standing etc., laid in alternate bays finishing Concrete Surfaces Even and Smooth with using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Glass dividing strips, 38mm wide, 3mm thick, inserted in position, conform to design, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated or semi-corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or J hooks, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Non - skid Ceramic matt finished, heavy duty parking tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Screed Bed will be measured and paid separately under appropriate Item.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or J hooks, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete, in walls, kerb stones, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate) Bed to Drain Pipe 300mm bore (dia) including Packing under and Haunching against the Sides of Pipes after they are laid in trenches and tested, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Necessary Earthworks will be measured and paid for separately under appropriate Items.

All as per Item No. 50 here-in-above, but for 450 mm dia RCC pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing RCC Drain Pipe 300mm bore (dia), Class NP-2, laid in Trenches jointed with Cement Mortar 1:1 and Testing, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Necessary Earthworks will be measured and paid for separately under appropriate Items.

M&L preparing new or previously untreated Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.
