Clearing andGrubbing road landing uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm,removal of the stumps such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of servicable materialsto be used or auctioned,upto lead of 1000m including and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thicknes as per Technical specification Claus 201,(i) (A) -Scrub Jungle Clearance

Picking the existing surface to 50mm to 100mmthick including labour and hire charges for picking tools and ploants and all other incidental charges etc complete as per standard specifications

Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with lead of 0 to 100 metre deploying earth moving machineries and tippers including benching, formation fo bunds, breaking clods, sectioning etc., compelte. SS 20 A

Providing and Laying red Gravel to compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, water and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire and fuel charges for power roller, water sprinkler and all other incdidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc., complete.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion ncluding cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Providing and laying Tack coat over BT surface using 2.50 Kg of bitumen 60/70 for 10sqm area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer

Providing and laying Bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504.

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick including refletorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35, The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., complete as per MORTH&H specification No.803.

Provision of Rumble strips with premix Bituminous carpet Providing Rumble strips covered with premix Bituminous carpet 20mm hgh at center 250mm vide placed at 1m center to center at approved locations to control speed market with white strips of road marking paint

Providing arid erecting singel sided double guard metal beam crash barrier systeme 1.70m high, comprising of 3mm thick wall "w" beams posts and spacer channels shall be made by cold roll forming using HR conform to IS 5986 Fe 410/360 and dip galvanized having zinc mass of 550gms / sqm, minimum 950mm above road / ground level fixed on ISMC pseies channel vertical post 150x 75x5mm spaced 2m center to center 312mm x 83mm flange width x 3mm thick, 4318mm long post directly embedded in the concrete (M15) pit size 350x350x800mm for a depth of 750mm below ground. all fixing bolts and nuts hot dip galvanized conforming to IS:1367 clause 4.60 all complete as per technical specification and as directed by the engineer incharge

Providing and erecting of Retro - Refectories cautionary, Mandatory and Informatory signs (with definition board) made out of High intensity Prismatic grade sheeting confirming to type – IV standards of IRC – 67 2012 and ASTM D 4956-09, specification and fixed over 2mm thick aluminum sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mm x 25mm 3mm mild steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75x756mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge. High intensity Retro – Reflector sheet shall consist of minimum coefficient of Retro reflection as per table 6.6 of IRC 67-2012. The Retro – reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 years warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67:2012 (as per Morth&H specification No.801)
