Providing and fixing false ceiling with grooves with 12mm to 15mm thick 600X600mm best quality mineral fiber tiles of approved make fixed on MS steel runners frame i/c cost of screws angles, cleats, rawel plugs, with taping and painting, etc. complete in all respect as per approved by Engineer- In- Charge. as per HSR 13.93

Dismantling brick or flagged stone slab flooring without Concrete base. As per HSR 8.28
