Material and Labour for removing old exisisting water proofing treatment icluding plaster etc. completly of any description and preparation of roof surface by throughly wire brushed, washed, dried up, cleaned of all the foreign matter and dust, and applying bitumenous primer @ 250 gms/sqm, and then laying 4mm thick APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyester matt as reinforcement weighting not less than 3.5Kg per sqm, laid on primed surface with torch application method by providing overlap minimum 100mm on logitudinal and 150mm on transerve direction,and finishing the surface with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 100 grams per sqm with preparation of treated surfaces, all angles and similar projections should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage, all joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR Latex @ 200ml/bag of cement.

S&F floor door stopper 150 mm long aluminium alloy body anodized with hard drawn steel spring complete all as specified and directed.

Remove cover and loose concrete from main reinforcement using wooden mallets/wire/brush/ water jet to complete expose the reinforcement in the distressed portion of column, beam, bracings and chajjas etc. (All loose unsound and cracked concrete should be removed) height not exc 7.5m, Including removal of unserviceable materials to a distance exc 50m & not exc 100m completecomplete all as specified and directed.

Remove cover and loose unsound cracked concrete clear from main reinforcement using wooden mallet wire brush water jet to completely expose the reinforcrment in the distressed portion of RCC members with out distrubing integrity of structural members at a height exc 7.5m n exc 15m. Including removal of unserviceable materials to a distance exc 50m & not exc 100m complete as directed by EIC
