Earth work in excavation for structures by manual means in all depths as per drawing and Technical specifications Clause 305.1 incuding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal in all leads and lifts incuding dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material, all work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil errosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etc., and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiselling & wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, all useful material such as stones, singles, aggregates and slates etc. shall be sorted out and stacked along the road side properly. Any loss to the public and private property during the course execution shall be the absolute responsiblity of the contractor which shall have to the dully compensated by him in all cases.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete grade M-10 (Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundation plinth and similar work including form work and curing complete as per drawing and Technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 P.C.C. nominal mix 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 crushed stone aggregate 25mm nominal size) as per drawing and HP.PWD Technical specification including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads & lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone masonry in cement mortar for substructure complete as per drawing & technical specification Clauses 702,704,1202 and 1204 coursed rubble masonry (Ist sort) in 1:4 cement mortaras per drawing and HP.PWD Technical specification including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads & lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metrs and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floors etc. above 200mm in thicknessas per drawing and HP.PWD Technical specification including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads & lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in super-structure complete as per drawings and technical specification clauses 802,804,805,806,807,1202 and 1204 R.C.C grade M-25 (1:1.5:3) upto all heights & depths as per drawing and HP.PWD Technical specification including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads & lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

20 cm. flagged stone flooring laid in cement mortar 1:5(1 cement : 5 sand) as per drawing and HP.PWD Technical specification including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads & lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement in superstrcuture complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 1002,1010 and 1202 as per drawing and HP.PWD Technical specification including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads & lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying back filling with stones/granular materials behind Retaining walls, Breast walls, abutment, wing wall and return wall complete to a thickness of not less than 600 mm to the full heights as per drawings and Technical specification clauses 1204.3.8 including entire carriage of materials with in all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
