Supplying , fabricating and placing in position of MS or RTS rods for cutting, bending, straightening of rods and tying the grills for reinforcementwith necessary binding wire including all cost and conveyance of materials to site with all labour cost ect.,complete as per standard specification.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Brick work in cement 1:5 mix using well burnt country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" including all cost and conveyance etc complete as per std specification

Plain cement concrete of mix 1:2:4 using 20mm ISS metal from the apporoved quarry including cost and convence of the materials to site and all the labour charges etc, complete as per the standard specification

Special ceiling Plastering cement mortar 1: 3 mix 10mm thick including cost and conveyance all materials etc. completeas per std specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1: 5 mix 12mm thick including cost and conveyance all materials etc. complete asper standard specification.

Providing granolithic floor finish of 25mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed sand (M-Sand) and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Painting two coats with approved Interior and Exterior Emulsion paint over cement plastered wall surfaces including cleaning preparing the surface and quring etc complete asper standard specification.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / Fan point (For electronic regulator). Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with conduit pipe suspension from the ceiling with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting with tube. (SD 89)

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard (Philips/Bajaj/Crompton/K-Lite) suitable for 11W CFL lamp with CFL (SD 83)

Wiring with 2X1.5 sq mm (22/0.3) P V C insulated S C, unsheated Cu. Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable P V C rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with P V C accessories 100X113mm TW switch box for 5 A3 pin non interlocking C S plug with painting of suitable colour with contineous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open P V C plug point ( S D 36)

Supply and fixing of 15A aeriual fuse unit(500A) on suitable TW concealed box with hylem sheet on on the tapping pole with necessary clamps (SD 128)

Supply and Fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32A Single Phase service connection with 32A Fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1"x1/8" copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit,(SD 125).

Supply and Fixing of 5A or 10 Amps AC Single Face of 230V, 50Hz watt hour metre on Suitable TW box complete with earth connections. (SD 124)

Drilling of 140mm (5”) nominal dia vertical borewells anywhere in Tamilnadu in all formations, suitable for down the hole hammer drilling such as medium hard rock to hard rock formation, consolidated formation etc and drilling over burden to a dia not less than 200mm including insertion of 165 mm PVC casing pipe, couplings caps and other relevant materials required upto the depth as directed by the Engineer or his representative including grouting of cement 25kg (minimum) up to the depth of over burden are including borewell development flushing of borewell at a pressure 7kg/cm2 (100 lb per square inch) including yield test, crew charges, cost of consumables, transportation charges of casing pipes and all other materials including assembling complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer and as stipulated in the technical specification. The entire works should be carried out as per IS 2800 Part I & II / 1979. Finished dia of borewells shall not be less than 145mm
