Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets. coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:2:4 (I cement: 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically treated bar.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having stope upto 159 landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with (1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Brick work with 1st class common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Brick work with 1st class common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1cement:4 coarse sand).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. (less than 50g/l).

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sandy soil under floors including, cum 762.15 watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing and staircase railing including applying a primer coat of approved steel primer M.S tube.

Providing and laying rectified glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 ot approved make in all colours , shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown laid on 20mm thick bed of Cement Mortar Cement:4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture of approved make in alt colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (I cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanised M.S. wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using galvanised M.S. wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm all complete. 9.25.1 With 2nd class teak wood beading 62X19 mm.
