Item No .1 .Taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. in any description, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .2. Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .3. Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .4. Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .5 .Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .6 . Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .7 .M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc. 6M mean radius in CM 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .8 .Complete all as per Srl item No. 7.00 above, but except bricks.

Item No .9 .M&L for 15mm thick rendering on the fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .10 .M&L for 15mm thick rendering on the fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .11 .M&L for 10mm thick rendering in ceilings, on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .12 .M&L for Coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350x250mm / 450x350mm size and 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces of walls as in dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .13 .M&L for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.11 sqm, in floors etc., set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .14 .M&L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .15 .M&L for 38mm wide glass dividing strips, 3mm thick , inserted in position, conforming to design, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .16 .M&L for 50 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, pavings or plinth protection etc., finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .17 .M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling, mass concrete or as in sub base of floors etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .18 .S & Fix/lay Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick, with grey cement and no pigment, machine pressed; set, jointed and pointed in neat slurry in floors, cut and polished, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .19 .M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates), as in sub base to floors, finished even & rough to receive the bedding mortar, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .20 .M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring, 20-25mm thick, laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing by machine, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .21 .M&L for formwork to chajjas, troughs, Lintel bands & similar items including edges, for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .22 .M&L for TMT bars for reinforcement of concrete, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends including binding with and including MS wire not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .23 .M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in chajjas, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .24 .Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 Square Metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt. ), all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Item No .25 .-Ditto- all as per srl Item No. 24.00 above but area exceeding 1.50 Square Metre and not exceeding 4 Square Metre each.

Item No .26 .Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm & not exc 2 sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .27 .S&F, in repairs, mild steel rolled sections as in framing, for cladding, glazing & the like, fixed with angle cleats & connecting plates, conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .28 .S&F second class hard wood 35 mm thick plain framed panel shutters (any number of panels) with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged) or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers, supplied and fitted to chowkhats, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .29 .S&F Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm thick prelam PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .30 .S&F Mild steel butt hinges, cold rolled, medium weight, 100 mm long, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .31 .S&F aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt, 300mm long, with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .32 .S&F 150mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .33 .S&F 100mm long aluminium handles, cast type, anodised, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .34 .S&F box type steel windows, using ERW P section, using 1.25mm thick sheet, comprising double frame and glazed & gauzed skelton shutters, jointed internally with flat iron 40 x 6 mm, complete with and including hinges, handles, tower bolts, stays, lugs etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (1) For the purpose of measurment and payment double shutter including frame shall be considered as one Unit. (2) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include for iron mongery. (3) Guard bars, glazing and wire mesh shall be measured and paid for separately.

Item No .35 .S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .36 .S&F, in repairs, Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .37 .Supply & fix Steel rolling shutters (Factory made) without ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete push pull or manual type, using 1.25 mm thick lathing, including taking down of unserviceable shutters, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .38 .Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frames, including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new clips or pins, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .39 .S&F 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in Squares not exceeding 0.50 square metre in each pane, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .40 .M&L for 20mm thick screeding on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3, using water proofing compound (@ 3% wt of cement) on terrace, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately at 'Supply only' rates)

Item No .41 .M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning of the surfaces before application, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .42 .Supplying and fixing/laying APP based modified prefabricated, Five layer, water proofing membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyster fabric @ 150gm/Sqm, plain black finish, laid by forced application over primed surfaces, with minimum overlap of 100 mm, joint /overlap sealed with torch application, for parapet etc. membrane taken upto 30 cm and then inserted inside the parapet after making necessary groove as required, laid as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .43 .Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .44 .Raking out joints / pointing to brick work or brick tiles, laid flat in floor, surface channel, roofs etc. and M&L for flush pointing in CM (1:3) to brick / brick tiles as in pavings or on terrace of buildings (any number of storeys), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No .79 . Taking down rolling shutter manual type, replacing born out parts such as tension spring,strips , guide rails, hasp and stapple etc including greasing and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint and refixing the same in the same opening including top cover
