Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of End Suction Back - Pullout Casing Chilled water pump set capable of delivering minimum 210 USGPM of water . duly insulated with 32mm thik Nitrite Rubber , Each comprising of Suitable HP, TEFC Squirrel Cage Induction Motor with class "F" insulation, 1440 rpm speed, suitable for operatation on 415 ± 10% volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply. The Pump / Motor shall confirm to IE2 Standard and 81.4% or more Efficiency. 150 mm dia dial type pressure gauges for inlet & outlet, mounted on common MS base plate, complete as per specifications etc. as required. SITC of factory built ceiling suspended type double skinned chilled water air handling units fabricated out of extruded aluminium section with 0.6mm pre-plasticized / pre coated galvanised steel sheet outside & 0.6mm plane galvanised steel sheet inside with farward curved blower, blower section and blower motor TEFC type suitable for operation on 415 ± 10% V, 50Hz± 5% , 3 Phase AC supply, 6 row cooling coil made of Aluminium finned copper tube with coil section, pre filter section with non woven synthetic pre-filter (90% down to 10 micron) and fine filter (95% down to 5 micron), polished stainless steel drain pan made out of 22SWG sheet duly insulated complete with motor , direct / belt drive as mentioned below etc. without face and bypass dampers. Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with following closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber of minimum 45 Kg / m3 density, thermal conductivity 0.037 W/MK or better at 20 deg mean temperature class ‘O’ insulation applied by suitable adhesive complete including repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect. SUB HEAD - G : ELECTRICAL PANEL [Material Make - As per Approved Make]

SITC of of LT, Cubicle Type, Floor Mounted , totally enclosed, fully compertmentalized electrical control panel suitable for operation at 415 Volt, 50 Hz, as per size, design & drawing to be approved by EIC. The panel board will be fabricated by CPRI approved panel maker as per detail specification below.

The general construction of the pannel will conform to IS 8623:93 as ammended uptodate. The Degree of IP protection for the enclosure will be IP-42.It will have multi tier arrangement, having necessary cable alley at both end, with rigid and self supporting structure fabricated with sufficient no. of channels & covered by 2mm thick CRCA sheet with base structure by 75x40x4mm channel.

All incoming, outgoing SFUs /MCCBs are to be housed in respective compartments with hinged and gasketted doors at the front. All the doors should have pannel lock arrangements in such a fashion that it cannot be unlocked unless the respective feeder remains OFF. The rear of the pannel should have gasketted wire net guard for ventillation and arrangement shall be made for easy access to each compatment by providing rear doors with locking system.

The pannel is to be properly gasketted to prevent the dust and vermin. All vertical and horizontal bus bar chamnbers are to be properly arranged and all electrical switches, busbars are to be fixed by MS nut-bolts on suitable hylam board / non - hygroscopic insulators of adequate size and dimensions. The outgoing feeder connections from respective switches are to be made at the rear side of the pannel by means of bus-bar/multicore copper cables, to be terminated on bolted type terminals for cable connections or bush insulators for bus connection

It will be powder coated after seven tank pretreatment process.2 Nos copper strip of size as per IS shall be fixed all around the panel and will be connected to 2 nos copper earth bus bar connected to incoming earth conductor.All tests should be made for the complete panel.The following 415 / 230 Volt Open Execution Type switches with fuses & accessories will be fixed in the panel.( THE ACBs will be Legrand/Siemens/L&T/Schneider/ABB Make, MCCB WILL BE OF LEGRAND MAKE AND OUTGOING SWITCHES WILL BE OF SIMENS MAKE,All the other accessories will be Legrand /Simens/L&T Make and as per manufacurers standard ].

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.
