Supply delivery and storage Vertical submersible pumping machinery conforming to IS:8034 directly coupled with wet winding type suitable size submersible motor conforming to IS:9283 with standard MOC for portable clear water and BEE 3 star rated, continuous duty(s1) with following specification : Discharge-22 m³/Hr at a head of 29 mtrs.Motor submersible type 3 Phase 50 Hz, ± 6%, 415Volt +/- 10%, 2900 RPM. Capacity-5 HP.(H/Q Characteristic Curve of pump set & Test Certificate including G.C. of the P/M set should be submitted before delivery.) Supply delivery and storage at site 80mm dia. 1.5 mtr length ERW M.S. column pipe having thickness 4.85mm, (as per IS 1239 Part-I Heavy Type) having 11 TPI thread at both end with one heavy type socket and painted by 2 coats of anticorrosive syntietic paint as per Technical Specification given in NIT. (1.5m x @ 6nos. per TW x 3nos. TW = 18 Nos.)( 1Nos submersible pump and 6 Nos column pipes are from department supply)

Supply and delivery at site of G.I. wire for cable binding.

Supply delivery at site 3 Core X 4 mm² 1.1KV Grade flat submersible copper conductor cable (4nos. TW x @10m cable per TW = 40 m). (Test certificate to be produced at the time of delivery).

Supply and delivery and storage at site 3 Core X 10 Sqmm Al. Ar. Cable, XLPE Insulated 1.1KV Grade conforming to IS 7098(I) and as per Technical Specification given. (4 nos. TW x @400m cable per TW = 1600m) (Test certificate and gurantee certificate is to be submitted at the time of delivery)

Supplying the fixing rubber insertion for dust and vermin proof entry of 3 Core X 10mm² XLPE Al. Ar. Cable at MCC panel.

Laying of 3 Core X 10 Sqmm Al. Ar. Cable along the length of collecting line including fixing with supplied G.I. wire at a suitable interval so as to prevent sagging of cable complete as per direction of EIC. (4 Nos RBTW x 200 mtr)

Laying of one cable upto 150 sqmm through existing covered masonry trench incl. taking out RC covers, setting them in order, mending good the damages filling the trench with fine dry sand incl. supplying sand.(3 Core X 10 Sqmm)

Making straight through joint of 3 core 10mm2 Al. A Cable with submersible cable by supplying Ferrul, rubber and other necessary materials to make the joint leak proof.

Making straight through joint between 1.5mm2 or 2.5mm2 (motor cable) and supplied 4mm2 submersible copper cable for extension of motor cable up to required length by supplying necessary seal kit to make joints leak proof all complete as per direction.
