De-scaling of Flat type collector with suitable water softening agent or by circulating mild acidic solution through the collector pipes and drain out the scaling materials from the collector all as directed and specified.

Maintenance & servicing of 150/200 capacity solar water heater , including material and Labour for tracing & identifying the leakage portion of insulated alluminium clading pipe line up to 25mm by cutting and taking out damaged portion , and arresting the leakage by threading and connecting short piece of same size and type of pipe (Galvanised pipe or HDPE Pipe ) and insulating the same using glass wool and alluminium cladding. testing after completion of work completely all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2.00 above, but , GI pipe 32 mm to 40mm size Note Item No 2.00 & 3.00 : The quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of necessary accessories required for completion of work.

Dismantling/ taking out the solar street light pole with connected items complete with battery box, refixing the pole with complete accessories taken from the pole and testing and commisioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unservicable pipes and supply & fixing 3- layer PPR(Polypropylene random coplymer) pipes SDR 11 UV stablise and antimicrobial welding having thermal staility for hot & cold water supply including all PPR plain & brass threaded polyproplyne random fittings fixed of size 20 MM dia complete to wall/ceiling/ floor all as directed at site.

Taking down old unservicable pipes all as per item No.8.00 above, but , size 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Ball Valves high pressure of PTMT 25mm dia with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed, all as specified and as directed at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting, welding and repairing of steel structures of Solar Water Heating System complete all as specified and directed.

Repair /servicing of outdoor type LED solar street light fitting any watts removing the electrical connection and taking out the integrated driver, charge controller any Volts and Amp , operating DC voltage 12 to 24 V , complete with solar panel ,batteries, cleaning with water to eliminate dirt from the surface of the solar PV module, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Material shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule

Dismantling the solar hot water storage tank, stop the leakage of container by welding/Brassing carefully without damaging the inner parts and refixing the same after painting the existing colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixng in repair heating element suitable to existing model and make 2 KW Dual clip type/tri angle type / round type with rubber gasket suitable for solar water 100 ltr to 200 ltr LPD complete all as specified and directed. Make: Theeta /Elteck or equivalent

Taking out the unserviceable HPSV /CFL street light fitting any watts , Supply and fixing 1x60 W LED street light fitting with pressure die-cast housing with toughened glass and individual LEDs with secondary optics and IP 66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down battery box supply and fix metal battery box for existing size gauage with door opening on top side with locking arrangements with two coats of enamal paint with existing colour complete all as specified and directed.
