Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rough cast plaster on brick walls consisting under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10mmm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel mixed of size 6mm with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepring new plaster surface and applying two coat of cement base paint on wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls including washing down, rubbing down and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enemal paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders Masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, ect but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor 40 mm thick finishing the surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50mtr wide and 1.50mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cessipts, manhole etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deth and getting out in soft /loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregates) as in foundation and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type, B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in copings including necessary use and waste formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balusters walk way railing grame work of wastertanks and similar work confiming to Fe.290, Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 as plinth protection including use and waste form work etc complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in, with soil inlcuidng spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thicks etc complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated soil/ building material/debries to a distance exc 250 mtr but not exceeding 500 mtr and depositing where directed etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section incl. taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embedded in natural ground complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 97 above but posts embedded in concrete, brick work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work excavation in post holes ( or similar holes) in hard/dense soil ,each not exceeding 0.50 Cum ,getting out ,returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around ,in layers not exceeding 25 cm ,watering and removing surplus soil complete all as specified and directed.

Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed mild steel work as in posts/ struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes,bolting,rivetting flat etc. complete conforming to Fe-290 gde E165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed brackets of angles cut to shape ,drilled, including bending and welding angles conforming to Fe 410-0 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed mild steel work as in gates including pintel hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc. complete conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0

S&F MS Machine made screw bolts with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut exc 5 and not exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 10mm dia MS bars as in strainers for chain link fencing including necessasary welding and fixing to angle iron complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Joist channel, angle or tee sections fixed independently without connecting plates etc. as in fencing posts supplied and face complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2 mm dia barbed with 2.3 mm dia barbs at 75 to 80 mm spacing and straining, fixed to fencing post tieing at crossing with and including galvanised mild steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing and resecuring of existing barbed wire incl. making good staples added fixed in repairs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing , any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling/ breaking out existing cement block paver of any description and thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 – 2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 40 mm compacted sand including levelling over PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregates) of 75 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 – 2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 40 mm compacted sand including levelling over PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregates) of 75 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glass dividing strips 3mm thick and 38 mm wide and inserted in position to confirm to design complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using (40mm graded stone aggregated) as in flooring 100 mm thick laid in alternate panels as in hard standing floor and the take finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed .

M&L for 25 mm thick precast chequered tiles, coloured, pre-polished, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles, as in floor, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast coloured ceramic pavement tiles 300x300x7-8 mm thick laid in floorings as per manufacturer size over a screed bed of CM 1:6, 20 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 1,43,690.00
