Material and labour in replacement of earthing complete with M.S. galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal GL) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below normal GL, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel incl excavation, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B1, 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bar, 3 Nos. both way, 15 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe, funnel with wire mesh,watering pipe of size 20 mm dia med. grade, lugs, main Earthing lead upto 7.5 mtr incl. Charcoal dust, salt etc. all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt-I, 2009 specification. Note : On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance (less then 4 ohms ) is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Material and labour in replacement of old/ unserviceable Stay assembly with stay rod 20 mm dia, 1.8 mtr in length complete with accessories as shown in electrical Plate No 1 (size of stay strand 7/4.00 mm, stay grip 7/3.15 mm) including loop type insulator large size with overall dimensions 140 mm dia, clearance of hole 25.5 mm ,stay clamps and necessary excavation and PCC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing, testing and connecting in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electrical cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area with suitable lugs of following sizes:- (a) 16 sqmm 2 core

(b) 25 sqmm 2 core

(c) 50 sqmm 3.5 core

(d) 70 sqmm 3.5 core

(e) 95 sqmm 3.5 core

(f) 120 sqmm 3.5 core

Material and labour in replacement of tubing GI light grade 50 mm bore for cable protection laid in ducts, fixed to wall or poles including fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 113 here-in-before but of size 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fix and laying of DWC pipe of size 50/38 mm dia (outer dia) with coupler including passing the LT Cables of size 16-70 sqmm through the DWC pipe in trenche/duct/on wall (with clamp) for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fix and laying of DWC pipe of size 90/75 mm dia (outer dia) with coupler including passing the LT Cables of size 95-120 sqmm through the DWC pipe in trenche/duct/on wall (with clamp) for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cable route indicator for LT UG Cable of 1100 Volts 50 mm dia CI Plate marked on LT cable bolted with 40 x 5 mm flat iron member of height 0.7 mtr, embedded in PCC 1 : 3 : 6 type C2 of size 20 x 20 x 30 cm block complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of street light pole box suitable for fixing on LT pole size 200x160x98 mm 25 sqmm Terminal block 4 Nos, 4 sqmm Earth terminal 1 No with suitable gland , door and locking arrangment and suitable for terminal single phase including MCB 6-10A SP and fixing in position with nut, bolt, clamp, disconnection and reconnection of service wire/UG cabel in box including dismentling old street pole box complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of onload change overswitch 125 Amps, 4 pole, 415 V including making necessary connections on wall/LT panels etc with suitable size of thimbles, cable glands and jointing material etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB 4 Pole 415 Volts with rupturing capacity 16 KA 100 Amps fixed type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB 4 Pole 415 Volts with rupturing capacity 16 KA 125 Amps fixed type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Danger Notice Plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with white letter, figures and conventional skull & bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, nuts and bolts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium staranded conductor , served with inner sheathed PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection one twin core flat or circular of size 10 sqmm x 2core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
