Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 3 phase horizontal open well submersible Pumping Equipment with following specifications : - Pump - Discharge = 725 LPM Head = 58 Mtr. Speed = 2900 Rpm Type of pump = Mixed flow Impeller = High tensile brass conforming to IS 304: 1981/ SS SA-351 CFM/Leaded tin bronze LTB2 of IS318:1981/cast iron FG 200 of IS 210:1993 Casing:- Cast Iron grade FG 200of IS 210:1993/Alloy Steel confirming to IS 3444:1987 Gaskets, Seals and Packings:- CeramicVs Graphite (As per IS 120:1997) Quality of Water to be handled = Spring Water The pumping unit shall be as per IS 14220: 1994 with latest amendments MOTOR: - Rating = Not less than 15 HP. Method of starting = Star – Delta/Soft start Speed = 3000 (Syn). Voltage = 415 + 15 % Class of insulation = B The horizontal open well submersible motor shall be squirrel cage induction motor and the windings shall be wet type. The motor shall be as per IS 9283 (2013) (with latest amendments). The motor shall have protection by means of cable glands, rubber seals etc. from ingress of sand and other foreign material. The thrust bearing housing shall be provided with a drain plug to empty the oil / pure water filled into the thrust bearing housing / motor. The motor shall be made of corrosion resisting materials to resist corrosion under normal conditions. Marking:- A name plate of corrosion resistant material shall be affixed on the pump sets with the following details. 1. Manufacturers name or trade mark (if any) 2. Model 3. Serial No. 4. Delivery size in mm 5. No of stages 6. Head in meters at declared duty point 7. Operating head range for overloading requirements 8. Discharge at declared duty point 9. Overall efficiency at declared duty point 10. Motor rating KW/HP 11. Rated current 12. Rated voltage with variations 13. Rated speed 14. Frequency 15. Connection star/delta 16. Type of duty(weather continuous or not) Minimum submergence 17. Any other item/s necessary for completion of the job is covered in the scope of work. Note: - The firm shall have to furnish i) The quality assurance plan and pump performance curve of the pumping equipment prior to receipt of formal allotment order. ii) The test certificate of submersible pumping equipment as per relevant IS “No payment shall be made without the submission of aforesaid documents”
