   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   Micro and Small Enterprises firms who are interested in availing themselves of these benefits will enclose with their offer the proof oftheir being registered with agencies, the registration of whom has been covered under the ambit of MSE benefits. In order to avail themselves of benefits and preferential treatments, the MSEs must be registered with any of the following: - (a) UDYAM (UDYAM Registration Certicate). (b) Udyog Aadhar Memorandum (Note :- Terminal date for consideration of this certificate was till 30.06.2022 or as extended by Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises from time to time. Thus this certificate (Udyog Aadhar Memorandum) can only be considered if the above terminal date is further extended beyond 30.06.2022).

   The bidder shall give self certification for local content in the quoted item (goods/works/services) at the time of tendering. However, atthe time of execution of the project, for all contracts above INR 10 Crores, the contractor/ supplier shall be required to give local contentcertification duly certified by cost/chartered accountant in practice. The certificate should have valid UDIN mentioned in certificate. Suchcertificates shall be required to be submitted by the contractor along with their each online bill in IREPS. The supplier must include 'POnumber & PO date', name of item, name of rm, local content percentage, and details of the location(s) at which the local valueaddition is made, in the certificate. In case the contractor/supplier does not meet the stipulated local content requirement and the category of the supplier changes from Class-I to Class-II/ Non-local or from Class-II to Non-local, a penalty up to 10% of thecontract value may be imposed. However, contract once awarded shall not be terminated on this account.

The relevant drawings and specifications can be seen in the office of PCMM/HQ/NWR.

   The Indian Railway Standard Specification for Rail Pads for Placing Beneath Rails, SI. No. T-55-2025 (Revision-1) for CGRSP, GRSP and NCR GRSP shall be referred at - " SI No T 55 2025 " document appended with this tender.

   The contractor shall be GST complaint and claim the applicable GST in their bills, which will be paid by the Railways.

   The Schedule of Technical requirement for NCR GRSP shall be referred at" NCR GRSP STR TDG 0042 (Revision-01)" document appended with this tender
