PROVN OF WASTE DISPOSAL PLANTS IN SOME UNITS OF BB CANTT, SRINAGAR.

Supply,installation, testing and comissioning of the Biomethanization plants (Gas type) for cook houses suitable for Waste managment and Renewable energy production including components like digester tank, gas storage bag, bio gas stove, liquid fertilizer outlet, inlet and outlet pipes and microbial starter with the following specification complete as per manufacturer instructions:-

(i) System dimensions : 400x180x150 cm (ii) Gas Tank (Flexible gas holder stores the produced biogas Includes safety valves to regulate pressure) with volume : 2500 litres (iii) Digester Tank with volume: 4300 litres suitable for Airtight container where anaerobic digestion occurs and Equipped with a feed-in pipe for organic waste input. (iv) Maximum daily quantity of kitchen waste : Up to 20 kg (v) Stove cooking time (double burner) suitable for efficient use of biogas. : Up to 6 hours daily (vi) Liquid Fertilizer outlet (Extracts nutrient-rich liquid byproduct for use as a fertilizer). (vii) Inlet and oulet pipes suitable for easy feeding of organic materials and removal of residues. (viii) Safety valves for regulized pressure (ix) Microbial starter suitable for effective anaerobic digestion during initial setup (x) Integrated Safety Features with Pressure-regulating valves and flame arresters ensure safe operation

Excavation over area ,not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in any kind of soil, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 15 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers of 7.5 cm each, with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm sizes) or of grading 3( 50 to 20 mm size) ,spread rolled with 8-12 tone capacity roller and consolidated to gradient and camber required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)as in floors and paving, complete all as specified and directed .
