Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete including fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as required and keeping serviceable light fittings in safe custody for reuse in the work or credited to contractor all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down existing sub main wiring of any type/size complete from wall and making good the disturbed surface complete.

M & L for point wiring with two runs of single core 1.5 Sqmm FRLS (confirming to IS-694) PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade multi stranded copper conductor with one single core 1.50 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed solid copper conductor as earth continuity conductor drawn through in and including PVC casing caping (ISI Marked) of required size (25x12/32x12mm) along with all fitting/ fixtures such as Tee, Bend, Elbow socket, Saddles etc. and making good the disturbed surface and connecting to common earth dolly complete with 1.6mm thick sunk in pressed steel terminal box of suitable size / shape for accommodating switches sockets, regulators with brass screws,washers with hylem sheet of 3mm thick in white / smoke gray/ off white colour for One light/fan point controlled by one No. one way 5 Amp switch complete. Note (i) Colour of cables as Phase-Red, Neutral-Black and Earth-Green. (ii) Switches and sockets to be measured and paid separately under relevant items

All as per item No 3.00 above but one call bell point controlled by one push button switch.

S&F for Sub main wiring two run of single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS (confirming to IS-694) multistranded copper conductor cable of size 6.0 Sqmm (Nominal area), 1100 V grade and one run of 6.0 Sqmm 1100 V grade FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed muti stranded copper conductor cable as in earth continuity conductor drwan through in and including PVC Casing-in-Caping of required size (ISI marked) with all accessories on roof/wall/ceiling and making good the disturbed surace with cement sand plaster (1:6) and white washing/distempering to match the existing surface complete . Note:- Two runs of 6.0 Sqmm cable and one run of 6.0 Sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC casing-in-caping shall be measured as one unit length.
