Upgradation work for PHC Pahanga Niali Block under Ama Hospital initiative in the District of Cuttack for the year 2025-26

Dismentalling and removing old grading concrete from roof slab including removing the debris away from the worksite cleaning the surface including cost of all laburs T&P etc. required for the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 4cm thick grading concrete with C.C. (1:2:4) on roof slab using 12mm size and down graded crusher broken hard granite chips including all cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil including earth mixed with boulder (except sheet rocks and boulder requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour ,T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 22.5cm (9") thick including watering and ramming with cost conveyance, royalities, taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40 mm down graded of crusher broken hard granite stone aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry for cement concrete work including hoisting, lowering and laying in position in layers with proper packing and ramming by means of vibrator to proper slope and level including cost of curing for 28 days, conveyance, royality , taxes of all materials required for the work, running and hire charges of machineries and all T & P required for the work, labour charges for the work complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work in C.C. M-20 using 12 mm to 20mm size (20 mm not be exceed 25%) hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering, laying & compacting concrete watering and curing for 4 weeks including smooth, rigid centering, shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and labour, T& P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S rods or tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for straightening, cutting, beinding, binding etc. and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per direction of the Engineer-in-charege. a).
