Providing and fixing CM 1:3, 6 mm thick of 30 x 30 cm wall tiles over the existing wall up to 2.50 m height by chipping the wall surfaces wherever required and fixing with approved colour and quality of tiles including all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing UPVC WINDOWS(Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm X 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with overall the edges of frame and shutter. The shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work. The rate including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, conveyance, fixing in position etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling and removal of Reinforcement Cement Concrete (RCC) including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with in a lead of 100m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement, five sand) using chamber burnt bricks for walls in all floors up to floor two level of the building including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement, three sand) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of Coarse sand & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) for RCC works using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling,onsolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering, (shuttering Planks shall not less than 38 mm thick) so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., in all floors upto full height of the building and removal of the same for in situ RCC work such as beam, slabs, lintels, sunshade etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and placing in position of M.S / Tor steel grills for R.C.C works in all floors including cost of Steel, cutting, bending, binding with 16 Gauge GI Binding wire and placing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing plain Hilux or equivalent board False Ceiling of 10 mm thickness up to a ceiling height of 4.5m from floor level including cost of Hilux Board Plain Sheets 10mm thick, labour charges, accessories, conveyance and erection etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying necessary Plumbing pipelines for water inlet and drainage for Wash Basin. Rate includes SINK, Sink Cock, Angle Valve, Bottle trap, waste hose, waste drain & connection hose, Rate also includes all Plumbing fittings. Make - Kohler or Grohe

Providing and fixing SS Powder coating Mosquito Mesh Window shutter of various size with 1" x 1" anodized aluminium section frame etc., The rate including cost of SS Heavy duty mesh, 1" x 1" anodized aluminium section frame, hinges, tower bolt, window lock and necessary furniture fittings, labour charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
