REPAIR OF EXISTING BOUNDARY WALL AND PROVIDING AND FIXING JAFFERY ON BOUNDARY WALLS OF HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTRE SECTOR 50-C, CHANDIGARH.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50metres lead : With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).(DSR : 14.1.2)

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (DSR 13.26)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat.(DSR : 13.109.1)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) (DSR : 13.44.1)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work (DSR 13.99.1 )

Providing and fixing 2'-3" high Steel jaffery consisting of 16mm gauge M.S sheet strips welded with MS angle frame fixed in boundary wall with 9" long anchorage in cement concrete 1:2:4 block with sheet strip height 2'-3" and extra 3" gap shall be with top of wall complete in all respect as per drg & job to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Only MS sheet strip area to be measured for payment)
