As per S.I. No. 251.

PCC 1:3:6 in Foundation Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed plsced in foundation and compcted by vibration including curring.

Reinforced Cement Concrete (M-20) in super-structure complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications Clause 1500, 1600 & 1700

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. As per DSR No. 5.22(a) & 5.22A.6.
