Taking down carefully ceiling fan, exhaust fan, wall / pedestal fan of any make and any sweep and dismentaling of blades canopy down rod etc & remove to store for repair. & Refix the same including provision of 3 core 0.5 sq mm copper flexiable cable from ceiling rose to connector complete all as specified and directed.. Note (i) The representative (01 Supervisor, 2 Electrician & 2 Helper) of the contrcator shall report to Engineer-in-charge/JE on daily basis to carry out repairs to fan and the defects should be rectified on the same day & if Accn is found Locked contractor shall manpower next day. (ii) Spares such as Bearing, Capacitor, Capacitor Clamp, Rubber insulator will be measured seperately under respective item of this schedule as fixing only. (iii) Rewinding required will be measured and Paid Seperately.

M&L for Opening of body cleaning of slots, Rewinding of fan by super ennameled copper insulated wire as per existing gauge, varnishing, heating assembling and testing complete, including overhaulingcomplete all as specified and directed. Note - Spares such as Bearing, Capacitor, bush, Shaft, Capacitor Clamp, Rubber insulator will be measured seperately under respective item of this schedule as fixing only

Painting only of ceiling fan,exhaust fan,wall fan,pedestal fan for any size and type, sscraping out of old paint filling of cavities with filler preparation of body and cleaning of dust etc Painting by Spray with first Quality Paint including undercoat of zinc primer, writing of Mes number with red colour complete all as specified and directed.

Overhauling of Ceiling Fan, Exhaust Fan, Wall Fan,Table fan,Pedestal Fan any Make & any Sweep including dismantling/opening of body, cleaning of body, oiling, greasing & reassembling complete, replacing of split pin, nut , bolts etc and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note - Spares such as Bearing, Capacitor, bush, Shaft, Capacitor Clamp, Rubber insulator will be measured seperately under respective item of this schedule as fixing only

Supply only spare parts to be incorporated for repairing fans taken down vide item no 1 in respective item of this schedule complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Exhaust fan louvers with shutter made of aluminium sheet of 0.5 mm thickness, and frames made out of mild steel, making good the distrubed surfaces in CM 1:4, including scafolding if any required to carry out the work in building of height up to 12Meters complete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Opening switch board mounting plate at height upto 1.5m and replacing of old unserviceable piano switch 5 Amps & refixing switch plate and testing ccomplete all as specified and directed. Note (i) The representative of the contrcator shall report to Engineer-in-charge/JE and carry out repairs on daily basis be rectified on the same day and if accomodation found locked contractor shall visit again for rectification of complaint
