Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide & n exc 1.5 m deep in soft/lose soil for taking out pipe & getting it out for diverting of DI/CI pipe line, Complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick ,complete all as specified & as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where speicied at all level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair's DI pipe of 100 mm bore with spigot and socket end rubber gas cate joint(titon) centrifugally cast class k-7 conforming to IS 8329-2000 laid in trenches/ on surface/ over masonry pillar and connection to old or new position, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of joint included in the qoted rate

S&F in repair's DI pipe of 150 mm bore with spigot and socket end rubber gas cate joint(titon) centrifugally cast class k-7 conforming to IS 8329-2000 laid in trenches/ on surface/ over masonry pillar and connection to old or new position, complete all as specified and as directed . Note: Cost of joint included in the qoted rate

Supply, laying jointing and testing Mild steel galvanised water tubing, 50 mm bore dia, medium grade with and including all GI fittings in trenches including taking out unserviceable pipe, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item. (ii) All fittings required for laying / fixing shall be brought by the contractor and cost there of shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

All as per Item 6 here in before but 25 mm bore of pipe.

Supply and fix in repair's sluice valve of size 100 mm (conforming to IS-14846-2000) long type CI body, gland thrust plate, hand wheel of grey cast iron, spindle of high tensile brass, nut body seal ring and wedge facing ring head, bronze bolt nut of high carbon steel, gasket of compressed fiber gland packing of jute having flanged & drilled type nominal pressure rating , PN 1.6 including jointing flanged joint with rubber fibre jointing ring bolt nut & washer etc all as specified & as directed .

Supply and fix in repair's sluice valve of size 150 mm (conforming to IS-14846-2000) long type CI body, gland thrust plate, hand wheel of grey cast iron, spindle of high tensile brass, nut body seal ring and wedge facing ring head, bronze bolt nut of high carbon steel, gasket of compressed fiber gland packing of jute having flanged & drilled type nominal pressure rating , PN 1.6 including jointing flanged joint with rubber fibre jointing ring bolt nut & washer etc, complete all as specified & as directed .

Supply and fix in repair's 25 mm bore gun metal globe or gate valves, yoke type, full opening with iron wheel head, screwed both ends heavy duty, ISI marked conforming to IS - 778 for iron pipes , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair's 50 mm bore gun metal globe or gate valves, yoke type, full opening with iron wheel head, screwed both ends heavy duty, ISI marked conforming to IS - 778 for iron pipes , complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for constrution of valves pit chamber of size (1200 mm x 1200 mm x 900 mm, internal ) using PCC (1:4:8) 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation 15 cm thick , 23 cm thick wall in CM (1:4) 10 mm thick rendering all around the brick work with 1:6 cement motar PCC (1:2:4) type B1 coping with 20 mm graded agregate for grouting MS top sheet cover with locking arrangement including 50 mm pad lock with double key arrangement MS frameof 3.15 mm thick plate made out of 40 x 40x 5 mm thick angle iron including paintaing of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer finishing coat including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returing filling in and removal of surplus soil to adistance not exceeding 50 m, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for DI bend any type, radius and angles, tappers and type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing, or double socket etc. Tee pipes single branch Y junction, double branch cross (all socket, socket and Spigot or flanged ends) collors, caps and plugs for the Pipes socket and Spigot. All socket and flanged upto bore of 150 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Boring of upto 300 mm dia under roads in conventional method without disturbing the top surface of the road for passing of water pipe line, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work in cm (1:6) as brick pillar for support of existing DI pipe line ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cm (1:6) on brick surface fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of pillar , complete all as specified and as directed.
